Hello,
I responded to each complaint from previous Tenant in apartment **** in blue on the attached document.
Please let me know if you would like screen shots of the emails sent through our leasing system that went read and unanswered by the tenant.

I am rejecting this response because: *********** has many bold-faced lies in their response, and does not actually address the desired resolution from this situation. I'm asking for our lease to be terminated without penalty, and to have our security deposit used on our outstanding balance to wipe the slate clean, so that both parties can move on and wipe our hands of each other and the situation. We followed all appropriate steps here, and just want this to be done so that we both never have to interact with each other anymore. It is a win for both parties here, as the manager has clearly shown disdain towards us, and this would rid them of us for good.

The tenant has moved from the building on 01/21/2023 with little to no notice. In addition the tenant did not pay rent for the month of January along with charges due for utilities, a late fee, and parking. There was plenty of opportunity to discuss and negotiate these requests prior to move out and would have been considered amicably. As discussed in office the day the tenant turned in keys, the Vue staff has always been willing to communicate with the tenant, has not treated the tenant with any rudeness, and has done our best to remedy items brought to our attention in a timely fashion within our means. As an act of good faith the Manager gave the tenant a day of free rent to move as the freight elevator was delayed during their move -out day. In addition, we did not charge the resident for the hours of labor it took to remove the laminate wrap the tenant applied to the cabinets. The Vue, and two coast living is not willing to waive the lease break fee. Appropriate steps were not taken by the tenant to notify management of their move out or discuss prior to the move and the Tenant failed to communicate with management about any of the new requests prior to moving out. The property management is unwilling to discuss this situation further and Manager has emailed the statement to the tenants with what is due to the property. Please close this complaint as the management company will no longer converse on this BBB thread.

I am rejecting this response because: the management and the building is denying any responsibility and instead of addressing the fault and negligence, they think they can sweep this under the rug and say we will no longer respond simply because they are incapable of admitting fault. I do not allow this to be closed.
