    I bought several Eco Car wash gift cards and wanted to use it at ********************************* ********, ** ***** location. I just found out this location has changed ownership to *******. I told the employee on 1/26/2025 about the gift card I have. They don't honor the Eco Car wash gift card at that location. I tried to email *********************************************** without a response and called ************ multiple times without anyone picked up the phone.

    I used this carwash facility on Sunday September 22nd, 2024 at approximately 4:20pm while ***** was working. As the wash started and my vehicle moved forward toward the first spinning cleaner, it caught my right-side mirror assembly and tore it off completely, damaging the front passenger door, the rear passenger door, the cab and right bedside. There are multiple dents and scratches throughout the right side of my vehicle that need repair. I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible about how to resolve this and have my property repaired. I have tried calling the customer service phone number and it goes nowhere, it keeps on ringing with no option for voicemail. Same goes for email, I have not received any responses since I reached out to the contact I was provided by the manager at the time. Seems like every time I would go pay a visit, there's a new person working there. I have visited that location on 181st multiple times to try and get ahold of someone but seems like there's always someone new supervising, or they would give me the run around. I am filing this complaint against this business for being responsible for the damages sustained to my vehicle that are worth thousands of dollars.

    At approximately 0405 hours on Friday November 22, 20** I purchased a car wash at the Eco Car Wash at ************************ for my black Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, vin # *****************. The Jeeps rear driver side tale light was damaged while going through the car wash. I was issued a customer service record #******** from your employee *******. I also contacted ******* police for footage and they issued case #**-49**2. I would like to be compensated for the cost to repair the tail light. You can reach me by phone or email at anytime.

    On 8/04/23 between the hours of 3:00pm and 6:00pm I took my car to Eco car wash on 169th and ******.An Eco car wash employee directed me to pull my vehicle up on the wheel, he then directed me turn my will left, and then right and again straight After that, he came to my front window and receive my payment for the car wash he then told me to make sure all my windows rolled up and to put my car in neutral I did that and moments later I heard two concerning loud thump and bump noises.Soon after the employee came up to my driver window and instructed me to reverse this was already after the belt had started to move So I reverse my car, and during the process there was more scraping in loud noises happening from beneath my car When I made it home approximately 20 minutes later, I noticed that my car was damaged and there was wires hanging. Also, my electric seats no longer worked.On the following day after the incident I return to the Eco car wash on 169th in ****** twice asking to speak with the manager or a phone number to corporation. No one could provide me with the information so thats why Im reaching out to an attorney and sending this message via email.

    On July 5th at about 7:08pm I used the Eco car wash located at ******************************************************************. After using the car wash i pulled into the vacuum area to inspect the car because i heard a strange noise while using the car wash. Upon inspection i have found that my rear bumper was torn off and the bumper was damaged. I tried reinstalling it but it would not go back in. I informed the person that was on shift and we filled out a damage report she also took pictures. She said some would reach out. couple days go by i was not contacted i tried call the number on the customer service report but got no luck and could not leave a voicemail. I have tried calling them multiple time a day for the last week and still nothing and cannot leave a voicemail. I have also tried emailing them to the email that is on the paper work but that email returned and could not be delivered. I went on their website and found another email that one worked but no one has gotten back to me. the only option left is to got there but i work and cant take time off during the day when i go after 5pm there is no manager there and they tell me to come back i left my number with them. I just cant reach anyone and they are not reaching back to me. I just need help. I would like them to take this seriously. The car had no previous damages and no accidents the car is straight off the lot. I would like them to give me options to fix the damages they caused. I even tried calling my insurance and the only option i have is to go through my insurance but that will make my premium go up and i do not believe that I'm at fault here.

    On Thursday, February 22nd, I came in to have my car washed at the location on ***** and ****** in ********, ******.Sadly, my driver's side mirror was broken clean out of the mount and my paint was scratched.The employee and I both took pictures and I have received a quote of $800 for parts and labor to have the mirror replaced and the scratches to be buffed out and repainted.I have attempted to call and email for an entire week. Calls are not returned and emails will not go through.I've had the work partial done and would like reimbursement.

    On July 28th I took my car to get washed. Upon entering the tracks I was directed and when the track began I heard a loud pop, upon exiting another loud pop. When I went to vacuum I noticed oil was leaking from my vehicle. Took my car in for a diagnostic and they advised me that my oil pan had been sliced open. I have called and have not been able to reach anyone. Would like to resolve this through the Eco ***************.

    On june 6 I went **** my 15 *** m4 and their machine rip my front bumper now their Manager ***** ask me to send photos and estimate to their email now they hadn't answer after 2 emails and several calls

    On December 17th 2022 about 3pm I ran my 2011 **** Fiesta through their car wash. I usually wash my vehicle every other week year around. This time the person directing on the track that pulls the vehicle through the car wash didnt get it lined up properly and something caught the plastic interlining of the fender well and pulled it off. I had to go back inside the car wash and retrieve it and get a employee. Filled out a form and sent a photo. I have been calling and calling and email after email but no one from the company will get back to me. I havent been able to get ahold of anyone from corporate. They still have the car part at their car wash ( **** ******** ******** ****** ***** I paid $10 for the premium wash

    I went through this companies car wash at *****************************************************. The machines ripped off my passenger side mirror. I went to the attendants and they said that this was the second one today and that the sensors were not working properly. I filled out the company paperwork provided and turned it in. I have yet to hear from anyone after emailing many times. The number provided just rings and rings then goes silent. As of now, I am getting quotes on how much it will be to fix my mirror.
