      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!I have been with Indoor Billboard for 5 years. In that time they have changed my delivery day several times without notifying me ahead of time and have missed several deliveries without notice. I informed the regional manager in March that I would not be renewing with the company when the contract was up in November. But, because it was not in writing, delivered by certified mail, with a delivery receipt, the contract is auto-renewed for another 5 years. So, even though they have failed to live up to their end of the contract AND they were informed I would be ending the contract, I am still on the hook for ANOTHER 5 years.Additionally, you can INCREASE your orders over the course of the contract, but you cannot decrease your order. So, even if your business changes and you do not need as many of their products as initially assigned, you must continue to rent that many products from them.This is not a towels and paper goods company.. This is a legal contract company. Take your business elsewhere.

We have no "regional manager" position nor a record of how you that person was informed in March regarding your intent to discontinue service. That is why our policy is to have documentation of our customers' intentions regarding service. We understand that circumstances change, and we apologize if this process was not as straightforward as anticipated. If there is anything we can do to assist you further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We would be happy to review your situation in detail and explore possible solutions.
