I have used them in the past without issue. That changed on 7/16/2022, I went in for sever tooth pain, knowing I was likely to need a root canal. I was originally charged $35 to be seen and to take rays, then once they decided on a course of action I was charged $1,138.20 to proceed with the root canal. The Dr ended up breaking the file into the canal and was unable to retrieve it, which I understand can happen. They refunded me $706.60 and let me know I would need to go see an endodontist. While I was out of pain, I paid $466.60 for this partial debridement. After speaking to my endodontist, they said they still would need to do the root canal and may need to do oral surgery to get the file out, but wont know until seeing X-rays. I called and left the ** a message on 7/18 (they were closed) letting them know I needed them to send Xrays and where. I followed up with an email on 7/19, let another vm on 7/20, emailed again 7/21 and left a vm, left another vm and email on 7/22 and filled out the online contact me form. Not once has anyone returned a call or email and I have an appt on 7/25. If those xrays are not there when I arrive on Monday, I am disputing all charges with my CC company and telling my insurance not to pay them.

I came in to get a filling and also a root canal. Out of pocket my expenses came to a total of $673 and my insurance covered the rest of the amount . Among beginning my filling , the dental assistant didnt understand any of the commands from the dentist , which resulted in the filling having to be done multiple times, unnecessary pain , blood all over my clothes , in my ear , on my neck etc . They argued for most of the process and at that point I didnt feel comfortable going through with the root canal that day so I rescheduled and then ultimately got terrified and decided I wanted a refund and would get it done elsewhere. That was on march 18th , it is now April 21st and I have no refund , nobody answers the phone and the companies regional manager said they would make a DECISION about a refund with 120 days . When I told them that was unacceptable, I was given an admin number, no answer, no callback . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM . You will regret it .

If zero stars were possible... my crown shattered on a Saturday and this office got me in right away. A temp crown was seated and i was told to expect a three-week wait for the permanent crown. 6 weeks later (and many unreturned voicemails) , the wrong crown was delivered. I honestly think they forgot to order the crown until i went in on week 3 to have them grind down the temp crown to alleviate tooth pain. I canceled the permanent crown work and asked for a refund of money for the remainder to both my insurance and myself. Messages are never returned and now I have a **** of over $200 when between what was written off, paid by insurance, and paid up front by me adds up to me getting a refund. Also, the equipment needs repair (the little grinder bit flew off the head of the tool in my mouth twice in two visits), and office staff is not following mask mandates for offices providing health services.
