    On August 07, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Casetify’s online store, and after several weeks they have not received their products. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance regarding delivery and refunds.

    The business advertises an address of 2950 NW 29th Street Ste A633741, Portland, Oregon 97210. On August 7, 2020, Better Business Bureau verified that Casetify does not occupy the address provided as a business address. 

    On August 07, 2020, and August 19, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Casetify to respond to the consumer complaints, but the business has not responded.

    On March 21, 2022, Better Business Bureau contacted Casetify regarding an advertising claim found on its website, https://www.casetify.com.

    Specifically, Casetify claims: "All Casetify cases use the highest-quality materials in the market", "Plastics are equipped with UV-resistant features and their performance has been verified by a world-renowned independent third-party tester", and "Casetify is the fastest growing global tech accessories brand".

    Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request. Offering credit to consumers comes with numerous requirements which must be met. In addition, if promising “easy credit,” or “guaranteed financing” or like terms, the consumer should receive what is promised. Claims that relate to tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service can be used when the advertiser has substantiation. An example of a claim requiring substantiation would be "#1 car sales in the city".

    A formal written request to substantiate these claims was emailed and mailed to Casetify on March 21, 2022. As of April 22, 2022, there has been no response from Casetify.

    I ordered two device cases from ******************** on July 19, 2024 for a total of $135 USD. The order details are attached. I am keeping the iPad case because it fits properly. I am wanting to return the MacBook Air case to Casetify because it does not fit properly. The stated return policy of Casetify is that every customer has 10 days since the product has been delivered to reach out to customer service to ask to return it, no questions asked. I have been in correspondence with the customer service team for the past two days, stating the issue and asking three times for a shipping return, to which they have continued to refuse. They stated they want more info before I can return it, which is breaking policy. I've been in touch with my credit card company and disputed charges. You can see the email correspondence with Casetify's customer service as attached for proof that they are refusing to accept my return according to their policy of "no questions asked".

    Don't anyone buy any of this company's co-lab products. They will not refund or replace if they send you a defective item as they claim their 100% guarantee within 10 days and their warranty do not apply to any of these products. This is a scam.
