      Don't anyone buy any of this company's co-lab products. They will not refund or replace if they send you a defective item as they claim their 100% guarantee within 10 days and their warranty do not apply to any of these products. This is a scam.

      Expensive case that warped and lost its proper shape within a year (obviously, had to get a different case because the warping presents safety issues for my phone). Very disappointing, given its a product I paid extra for in assurance of good quality!

      Ipad case doesn't fit. They're refusing a refund. **************** is giving a never-ending back and forth requesting pictures, video, etc. 'No questions asked' refund policy does not exist. TOTAL SCAM FOREIGN COMPANY!

      I spend over $80 on a case with a ring stand. I had my phone in my pocket, but it fell out and landed on tile floor, and the ring stand came clean off the case. Keep in mind , the case is still under warranty and I bought it April of this year; when contacting CASETIFY about my situation, I was informed that the warranty doesnt cover abuse. Im not sure how a phone falling out of my jacket is abuse, abuse would be throwing the phone against a wall. This is bad business practices, and I refuse to buy another case, or anything for that fact, from this company. The damage qualifies for a warranty replacement, and they arent honoring it. Ive been a customer for over 3 years, and never needed a replacement until this present moment. They cannot steal from people, that is illegal.

      Their return policy and reviewing of failed products is terrible. Case fell apart in one month and they claim it's natural wear and tear and gave only a 10 dollar credit. I don't want money to buy another product (by the way, covers nothing on their website so I'd have to give them more money)

      After answering 8 or so emails asking exactly how the phone broke, photos, order numbers, more descriptions, order details they already had, they offered a replacement case. After the case didnt protect my phone, I expected a refund. The then restarted the process from step 1. I attempted to escalate the request saying I already provided the info and they stopped responding.

      Impossible to get a hold of customer service - emailed, filled out form on website- nothing. I wanted to return an item that we dont need, item is unopened and in original packaging. There is no way on the site to process a refund. Had to spend an hour messaging with an agent to finally learn that I need to cover shipping to return it and send them a note when its mailed and they gave no timeframe of when I will expect my refund. Online search shows this is an ongoing issue. Avoid at all costs.

      I absolutely agree. It's surprising that u were able to get through to customer service. I have emailed many times, with no answers to the issue. I'm stuck with a broken phone case. And this my friends has been going on since Feb 2024. It may be cliche for me to say DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. But don't ignore it, or u too may be very ?? with spending $70 on nothing.

      I recently purchased a $70 phone case from CASETiFY, expecting the high quality and durability as advertised, but was deeply disappointed. Within less than two months, the print on the case began to significantly peel off, a quality issue not expected from a premium product and certainly not aligning with normal wear and tear. When I contacted CASETiFY's customer service for resolution, I was informed that such peeling is not covered under their warranty, a response that was both surprising and unsatisfactory, especially against the backdrop of their "100% customer satisfaction" claims. This experience, combining poor product quality with lackluster customer service, compels me to not recommend CASETiFY. Future buyers should be aware and perhaps look for other options that provide better value and customer care.

      0% satisfaction guarantee when the case is received defective from the factory & not caused by shipping and handling.I have loved casetify for years. The price is expensive but I believed and told everyone it was worth it. On their site, it says returns within like ****************************** warranty for 6 months. Knowing this I put a casetify case on my Christmas list for my new iPhone 15. My grandpa ended up getting it for me for Christmas. I loved it and was super cute, used it for about a week and a half when I took it off and the entire mag safe insert came unglued and stuck to my phone making it difficult to get off, as well as making the MagSafe completely unusable. My grandpa lost his life a few days into the new year. Being that I wanted to keep the case until I found out it was defective, I emailed them for a warranty to simply replace it. After a few days of unhelpful messages, they finally said they refused to accept the warranty. At all. The original email I sent had the pictures of the case showing how it was defectively attached like they asked. When a phone case is 80$ AND it comes defective. The companys solution is to pretty much say Im s*** out of luck. I have never been more disappointed in a company.
