We are not Wardrobe, as the customer says we are **************************. I realize there are many companies out there with the word "Wardrobe" in their name, but this customer did not purchase from us. We have no record of this customer, furthermore, a normal order total on our store is $250, $95 is not an order total we see on our site. This customer did not order from us, please remove this review/complaint from our record.

I purchased a dress from Wardrobe Shop on 12/9/22 for $346.92 and received it on 12/14/22. It did not fit, and their website claims "hassle free returns" so I emailed them and they approved my return, with written instructions on how and where to mail the item back. I followed the instructions and mailed the package via *** Ground, without a signature requirement, on 12/15/22 for $12.16. On 12/21/22 the package was returned to me because the vendor was closed when they tried to deliver it, and they failed to follow the instructions left to pick the item up at the local *** facility. I emailed the vendor on 12/21 and 12/22 and they suggested I should mail it again with a signature requirement, which I did on 12/23/22 for $18.06. However, once again, the vendor failed to claim the item upon attempted delivery so it was returned to me a SECOND TIME. After I emailed the vendor again to complain, they agreed to provide me with a pre-printed free shipping label to use for the return, so on 1/13/23 I mailed it a third time. Unbelievably, however, the item was returned to me yet a THIRD TIME on 1/20/23 for reasons that I still don't fully understand (I think they put the wrong address on their own label perhaps??). After mailing it 3 times (each time following THEIR instructions) and having it returned to me 3 times, I tried to dispute the credit card charge, but that was denied because I could not provide a "signed return receipt showing that the merchant accepted the merchandise." Obviously, I cannot provide that, because that is the very reason I am complaining--they have essentially refused to accept the item back, even though they advertise a "hassle free return policy." I have 19 pages of supporting documentation in pdf format, but the website can't seem to upload it properly.
