    I ordered the pair of boots at 1 AM PST and requested a cancellation at the same hour. 9 hours later, they still printed the label saying they won't cancel the order as they shipped and item has been on transit, when in fact, it isn't.Label has only been printed and *** does not have the item yet at this hour (5 hours after they printed label). So I called them this time, and I've had the most rude representative so far that I've dealt with as I quote *******, "how is this our fault, you purchased the item, didn't you?I don't have the temperament to deal with returns." If I receive the item, the return according to them would charge me 15% restocking fee and pay for shipping. How can a timely cancellation request be missed and still blame me and be charged for the inconvenience.More on pissedconsumer site with screenshots.

    Ordered two shirts and received. Wrong colors, cheap material. They will not send me return information and offered a 5% refund. Avoid Topwardrobe.com.

    If you miss the 15 day return window because you're in the hospital for an emergency appendectomy, expect NO COMPASSION. This isn't Nordstrom. They cut you off at the ankles. Just horrible.

    This is a scam! I bought 2 shirts and they sent me 1. Then when I emailed them saying to either send me the second shirt or refund me they offered me a 10% refund. Like what?? Then I read reviews of them doing this repeatedly to customers and ripping them off. The material is also cheap garbage. Do not get taken by this company

    Buyer beware??? Whatever happened to 'Business practice business with honesty' (or suffer the consequences)? I am in ******. Retired, I ran a landscape stone business that crossed international borders. My ******** customers knew what the stone would cost WITH delivery charges (including all border crossing costs). ********* KNEW what the REAL cost would be in ******** $$ BEFORE their purchase was finalized. THIS COMPANY?? My spouse fell in love with a dress for our upcoming vows confirmation event. During the purchase process, there was NO IDENTIFICATION that the "$324.99 delivered" cost was in ** dollars. I needed to go to our MC to see that the real ******** cost had become just over $440. That hidden cost was offensive to encounter during an 'international purchase process' (******** arrogance??) but we could live with that given that we had seen NO dress that matched its allure, at other shops. What became unacceptable was THE **** that WardRobeShop identified a DELIVERY charge of $19.99 USD (identified ONLY at the checkout). A *** driver then appeared at our door demanding an additional (near) $40 Cdn claiming that it was 'for brokerage charges'. We refused the item because this became a breach of the original delivery cost contract AND entered a system of CRIMINAL EXTORTION ("If you want this package we have YOUR MONEY for, you will pay an additional $40!"). We went after *** AND this company for this conduct and have yet to see this dress (delivered in a flimsy bag... a $440 item tossed among everything else???) refunded. We gave them until June 1, 2023 to refund this in full OR we WILL be going to ******** AND ******** authorities. This is our second BAD experience with internet shopping... Fool me once??? ...There will NOT be a third... . the bird in the hand is better than this beating around the **** that these internet businesses give **... ************************************, ************ ******
