I **** purchased this watch off them back in December. It will not connect with my iPhone even after multiple attempts. I contacted the company and they keep telling me the same thing. The support team is a joke. I asked for a refund or even an exchange for a newer version. I told them that I would pay more. No response. Wanted to oder watch on July 5. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I HAD TROUBLE GETTING THE **** I WANTED FROM CUTOMER SERVICE. I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE ****** I HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FOR A WATCH I DIDN'T WANT. I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE ****** THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY. THEY CALLED ME AFTER I CANCELED AND ASK ME WHY I CANCELED. I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHARGED ME AND SENT THE WATCH ANYWAY. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP BUY COULD NOT GET ANYONE WHO CAREED. I have been dealing with ZE Technology for almost two years trying to obtain a refund for an item I returned to them over a year ago. The company said the "issue will be reviewed and the refund amount will be returned". So far, in all this time, they have not returned anything. Neither the item nor the refund. All of the correspondence with ZE Tech has been completed through email. and various representatives. I have complied with all the requests they asked and even provided proof of delivery for the returned item. **Note: I tried uploading "Info for ZE Watches" below as one example trying to reach ZE" **Apparently your link on your website does not function properly.I tried to contact you in regards to the above order. I only wanted the Smart watch and not the Military version. I asked that you cancel the Military unit and credit my account. I also wanted to add a new strap for an existing pro watch that I now use. The strap was ordered on #*****. The prior emals were sent through your contact us link on 11/25/2022. 1. Ordered on-line via ******** ad link in Feb ******. Upon receipt and trying to set up, found that the functionality and connectivity was very limited. Little to no compatibility with common apps.3. Return policy is vague and extremely limited. For example, ZE is essentially saying you can't even charge the watch to even try it before returning.4. After emailing (only way it seems to communicate), I did get some initial responses in March. ZE offered an exchange for a different watch which I accepted since it seemed like the path of least resistance.5. I returned the original watch and received the replacement watch. The replacement did not even charge. 6. After ensuring I tried multiple charging sources, I immediately emailed again and after some time was instructed to take a short video and send back to show that the watch was not charging. By the way, they have multiple email addresses, at least one of which is them continually sending promo marketing or asking how I like the watch. I probably sent various ensuing email to three email addresses including the original "contact" email from my original return. 7. ZE claims they didn't receive my emails as they probably went into spam. Well, they should have had all my previous emails to facilitate the original exchange. Seems more like excuses.8. Here it is now June, I just want to return the "replacement" and frankly would strongly prefer NOT to get another watch. I have indicated same, indicated I would much prefer a refund even with a "restocking fee" deducted. No response.9. The contact sources appear to be based overseas given the time the emails are received and lag time in between.10. As a side note, these watches claim to have a MSRP of around $200. I purchased for about half that supposedly based on some great promotion. I'm not one to make exaggerated claims, but this watch is really no better than one of those old school toy watches we might've gotten in a box of cereal decades ago.Initial Complaint

This complaint is being filed by me *********************, on behalf of my 80 year old ******************************. He purchased a smartwatch from this company and it does not work as advertised. I set it up for him. It does not connect to blue tooth to make calls. The *** function only works when actually in process of a sport mode, this is not how it was advertised. I contacted the company for a refund. I requested a prepaid return label and a full 100% refund. They are refusing. They won't pay return shipping and I'm sure it will cost a lot since this will likely be going to another country. They want to charge a restocking fee. And they say that they cannot accept a return if the item has been used. Well how would you know it does not work if you don't try it? They are selling junk. This is not a smartwatch, it is nothing like any other smartwatch that I have. It is a scam. They do not have a phone number or address anywhere on their website. You can only chat or ******** message them. And they just paste their canned response. I have asked for a manager and they refuse to connect me with one. Purchased Active X watch back in January 2024. Rec'd the watch on January 11th or 12th. Immediately found issues with the operations of the way h. Contacted ZE Technology with photos and videos showing issues. Filled out refund/return form on line. Received an RMA# T53LSM4D. I have continued to reached out to them multiple times to find directions to send watch back. I got a couple of responses stating their return group was reviewing it. I purchased a smartwatch from ZE Technology. Within the last 1.5 months the watch would self disconnect at random from my iPhone 13 Mini. Then I couldnt reconnect w/o several attempts. Then, it would just do it again after a couple of hours. Now, it is failing to keep the correct ************ is no way to correct this. Im not talking about a few minutes off, but hours. I contacted ZE Technology & requested a replacement, as the watch is still under warranty. Their response waspay them $45.00 & they will issue a replacement watch. Then, what is the warranty for? And why am I being asked to pay $45.00 to replace a defective product?
