  Unprofessional, disrespectful, and insensitive. Doesn't return phone calls. After a contractor broke a water pipe in the apt. above me he wouldn't allow them to clean it up properly. They even offered to clean the carpets, but **** refused. There was water everywhere in my kitchen and living room. A large 4 ft brown stain on my white carpet was my main concern. When I said the carpets need to be cleaned properly **** told me "I might suggest you start looking for another place." And "the owner really doesn't want you there anymore anyways". I called the owner and she said that he was lying. She fired him shortly after. There's no excuse to treat your tenants so terribly. Save yourself stress and disappointment and hire a different company.

  I had a brief experience w/ the owner of Bridge City Properties LLC today. Our *** sent out a notice of violation letter. The tenant responded by email and copied Bridge City Properties as the management company for the unit. The founder of Bridge City Properties LLC chimed in, and was immediately rude and a bully, disregarded anything the *** had to say about the situation, and threatened to contact his attorney. He also said, "I hope you have insurance." I would never ever hire a company that is so unprofessional, aggressive and difficult to deal with right off the bat.

  Bridge City Properties, LLC. On Saturday, April 01, 2023 I had my tour by Properties Manager ********************* and he advised me it will be ready next Saturday, April 08, 2023 and I agreed to move in on that date. At 9:15 am met with me to hand me the key and tried to show me how the kitchen appliances work but he was unable to turn on any of those the gas heater, stove, oven, no hot water refrigerator, electricity and everything else. the was not repainted. He said will fixed later and left right away. I even found out everything in *********** was not cleaned and sanitized. On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, I even put in request for maintenance for those Appliances. This is what happened:I waited until 10:15 am. He (Maintenance man) never shows up or called but he called me at 10:18 am that he arrived at my place. And I got penalized for nothing $60.00. This Bridge City Properties, LLC are scammers. I just moved into this place on Saturday, April 08, 2023. The whole and all the Kitchen Appliances were disable old and totally don't work at all. Properties Manager ********************* is a hardheaded, manipulative, and big timer scammer!Due to this problems and issues and lying three tenants left this the same ************* six months before me because of lying about everything that he can't even provide a complete and proper studio but to much greed to get money by scamming innocent tenants and people.So, be careful renting or moving in those apartments on 38-***************************************Thank you,***
