On 5/11/24 I placed an order at Dominos. It said it would arrive ***** min. I placed the order at 8:18 PM. After waiting an hour, I kept calling repeatedly. They had cancelled an order before without calling and notifying me and they are always messing up. So I wanted to make sure the order was still coming. I called many times with no answer. After a hour and a half, I gave up and my boyfriend ordered elsewhere. We got the food, ate, got into bed. At 10:56 PM I got a text stating the driver was pulling up with my pizza. I got up and went to the door to try to stop the driver but he was already gone. I called and got no answer again. So the next day, on a Sunday, I called and spoke w the manager. She said they were short staffed. I explained I didnt want the food and they could come get it. She said keep it and theyll refund my money AND give me a $20 credit on my account. I confirmed the last 4 digits of my card and she said it would take 2 weeks for a refund. Its been a month. I called after 2 weeks and was told by an employee theyd notify the manager I called when she was in the next day. Ive sent SEVERAL emails to dominos with no resolution, Im fed up. I want my money back now.

I ordered some food on Domino.com on **** in the morning. My domino account is ******************** The store is at ****************************************************************. The order's amount is 40.96$. The staff called me and she said they don't have a driver to delivery now and if I can change time or cancel the order.I said I'd like to change that order to a 2 pm pick up order and I want my delivery fee refund. The staff said they will do that. When my husband went to the store, they told him they have a driver now and it is on the way. It should arrive in 3 minutes. They did not inform me at all. And we did not receive it at all. I tried to submit a issue via website, but there is no online customer service and I can not get the refund. I read the ****** map reviews then. There are a lot of reviews complaining about the delivery issues. I think it is not a good idea to call the store since they don't keep the promise and they are not good faith. I don't want to get any call from them, if they'd like to contact me, please send me email.
