  My wife and I purchased a 2011 VW Jetta last year, and had a pleasant purchase experience. We originally met *** and then transitioned to working with *****. The car was listed as "excellent" and included the following: scuffed/worn fabric, broken rear vent covers, and broken rear seatbelt clips. The stereo was just replaced but was unaccessible because the manufacturer code was not inputted in it. Despite the unlisted flaws for "excellent" we decided it was worth purchasing, and ***** promised to give us the stereo code the next business day.Unfortunately, this is where the customer service broke down. ***** never reached out to us himself, and for over a month I repeatedly initiated calls to get the stereo code. It turned out the only way to get it was to have an official VW dealer scan the system for over $100. After he learned there was an expense involved, it seemed like ***** tried harder to avoid keeping his promise. It got to a point whenever I requested him to call me he would text instead. After over a month of persistence, ***** consented to paying the full amount.As for the car itself, here are the issues we encountered after purchase: failed EGR valve, leaking transmission gasket, the glass flying off the passenger mirror while driving, and a failing AC unit (over $2,000 in repairs so far). We discovered after purchase that the driver side mirror was broken, but we didn't notice it before purchasing because the dealership had it taped together with clear scotch tape. Literally on our first drive home the car sent alerts for the mirror lights not working, and the lights haven't worked since. There were no alerts during our test drive.In summary, we are genuinely unimpressed with the experience. While they were friendly during the sale, the dealership is terrible at keeping promises post-sale, and the car has had multiple issues from the start. We unfortunately do not recommend Genuine Motor Company.

  I could not have imagined a better buying experience than the one I had at Genuine Motor Company ********! *** was friendly, very knowledgeable, and low-key. I never once felt pressured or rushed. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, the negotiation process was quick and painless. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at the dealership. I'll highly recommend Genuine Motor Company of ******** to friends and family who are in the market for a new car. Thank you!

  I looked at a Q5 here that seemed nice. I asked if I could have my mechanic take a look. ***** assured me that "The car wont have any issues. Its ready to go." He also tried to get me to agree to a $1000 non-refundable deposit, which fortunately I declined. As it turned out, the car did have issues it needed a 10+ hour repair to fix two valve gasket covers leaking oil. Proceed with caution.

  I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a gently used car go to Genuine Motor Company ********* Location and ask for ***. We have bought more than one vehicle from and this location, could not ask for better service. His professional yet friendly way of being a consultative salesperson is refreshing. The is no high pressure sales at this dealership. We also sent a few friends to the other location in **** **, and they loved doing business with Genuine Motor Company!

  I was looking for a new Audi, I didnt really know what to look for in these cars, but ****** really helped me out on my purchase. My parents went with me to help me pick out a car. He was humorous and polite with them the whole time. My dad loved him! He made my experience go easy and smooth for sure! I switched my decision on the car last minute and he was totally fine with it! Truly an amazing person all around. Love my new Q5!!!

  Purchased an Outback here exactly 6 months ago to the day. Engine blew up!.Watch out for that $1000 they add on to contract for LoJack tracking device.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Genuine Motor Company. After doing a ton a research I realize that Genuine Motor Team company has top 1 of 3 reputations on the *** (especially for Outbacks/*********************** was extremely helpful with my financing and negotiated the best rate possibly. To top it off they give me more money for my trade than most other dealers offered, even though I told him what they offered they still sell value in my vehicle (very impressed). To conclude this review, I am one who does extremely a lot of research and Im very careful who I do business with Im extremely happy I chose Genuine Motor Company. Thank you. *** & ****!

  About three months ago we purchased a used ****** Forester from Genuine Motor Company. They seemed to have cornered the market on used & very clean ******s. After driving several different ******s, *** was very helpful with getting me a great rate on financing. I ending up getting an extended warranty as well since the car was for my wife & travels 50 miles plus a day. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family,
