      I purchased a used 2019 Acura NSX for $167,000 total and the funds were wired on August 4, 2023. Lapin Motor Co has 2 locations. I purchased from the **********, ** location at **********************************************************. The phone is ************. The vehicle was delivered a few weeks later, on an UNENCLOSED trailer (contract was supposed to be enclosed), and had severe rear bumper damage which was not disclosed (documented by both the shipping company and myself. The dealer simply stopped resounding to my texts and phone calls. Since then I have repaired the damage (with receipts), and have yet to received any title or registration. My temporary permit expires Sept. 28, 2023, and I will be legally unallowed to drive the vehicle. I spoke to the ** DOT MVD on September 25, ****************************************************************************************************** the authorities. So that brings it up to date as of Sept. 26, 2023. I am requesting the clean TITLE and registration (which i paid for in the purchase agreement), as well as monies spent for the repair ($650) as well as compensation for using the incorrect shipping method. Again, nobody at the dealer will call, text, or email be back. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you.

      i bought the car in late December they sent me a full diagnostic of the beforehand car and assured me there was nothing wrong with the car (they lied), since then i have paid over 7k in repairs. They got me the wrong 3rd party warranty, they knew about the problems and continued selling cars from auction when they knew what problems existed. I'm demanding they pay me for the repairs. based on ********. comments and complaints I'm not the only one this has happened to. there's a pattern to all this . do something about this or i will take this all the way up and legally and destroy anyone in my path that isn't doing their job legally. this is completely unacceptable other repairs include right headlight going out front shocks were not properly installed front knuckle bushings leaking front struts are missing 2 components bottom engine cover missing

      I had bought a car in December 27th 2021, later that day the car would not start after being turned off. Lapin Motor Co. took the vehicle back for repairs (Retuned, New Spark Plugs). **** was paid for on behalf of Lapin. Fast-Forward March 28th 2022, I was driving out of town (13hrs) to **** for work. (I travel all over for work) The turbo fins had somehow broke off as well as the cam gear going out at once, I had to tow the car back to ******** from **********, ******. Lapin refused to help with the bills for repairs or towing even though this was only 3 months after the last break down. This car was sold to me with the dealerships knowledge of a handful of aftermarket car parts on the vehicle such as Steam Works Turbo, **** Cold Air Intake, Process West Top Mount Intercooler, AOS, God Speed Lowering Springs and a tune that was not doing the car any good. The most recent occurrence with this car having a problem was the engine had blown up. Upon this I took it to a shop immediately to prevent further damage. When stuck wondering how am I going to pay for this, I contacted my bank. The bank informed me that I had also bought a warranty for the car upon purchasing. I contacted the warranty company to see if they would cover any type of repairs. The warranty company, ************* had told me they wont cover a modified car. Lapin had sold me on a product that had me fully under the assumption that ************ would cover the modified car. I've been back and fourth with Lapin about what steps were possible, I have also been arguing with ************ about a full refund of the warranty since the warranty wont cover the car regardless. So far I have spent well over $6,000 in repairs while still having a $23,000 loan on the car that I am still having to pay throughout all the repairs. Lapin is refusing to fix the car, or even put me in a new vehicle without tacking onto my current loan. The documents I will be uploading include the warranty contract & repair estimate.

      Note, I have also attached the both the buyers guide which states there is no warranty provided by the dealership, and the we owe document stating that all things are "Final as is no returns no exceptions" Which has been signed by both parties. Our goal is to remedy this issue, but every vehicle we sell are used vehicles and are not new. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the reliability of the vehicles. Hence, why you have the ability to purchase the vehicles at a discounted price opposed to buying a brand new vehicle.

      About 6 months ago Car was supposed to be in perfect condition. Dash was unglued These are some other things that need to be fixed. Not sure if ****** did or not. Please relay to ********** Lambo.1.orange triangle ( braking system) came on just once 2.interior lights wont come at night when door is opened-probably setting 3. Front camera wont come on.4. Wiper blades need changed.5. *************** wont open with key fob- not sure suppose to 6. Doorlock malfunction happened once and lock me in the car.7. Verbal warning your phone is still in the car when actually its not.8. Stop assist seems activated Whether button is turned on or off.9. Cant get cruise control to work.They promised to fix everything. Had car sent to ****** Lambo for warranty work. Then ********** Lambo for other. Car was sold to me without disclosing the problems and a minor collision. Had dent in bumper and front camera didnt work. They said theyd fix that and didnt. Since car was in minor collision resale value has ********** JR at ****** ************* can verify everything

      I forgot to add this to the complaint. I had some vinyl stripes added to the car. Their detail shop took them off thinking it was a trade in. They did not have a wrap shop put them back on

We paid to ship the Lamborghini multiple times to get problems resolved, some of which were covered under recall by Lamborghini, others which we paid for. The camera was working when the car was sold, we are still confused by this. We regret you didn't have a better experience.

      The vehicle was sent damaged rear quarter panel, two bad tires, plug in side wall check engine light on amongst being filthy. Salesman Tristyn said it has new tires, just serviced, very clean in side and out no damage at all. Stated in a text message Just to comfort you, here are a few photos of our lot! Were a high performance dealer so we make sure all of our vehicles are exactly what we say they are!Salesman said I never shouldve received the car in its condition someone dropped the ball And he would look into an Apparently someone had been using this car as a personal vehicle. Operation Manager Val agreed to take the car back but they will not reimburse me the delivery fee said I shouldve done my due diligence and had someone inspect the car smh. I told him I thought I was dealing with an honest salesman and with a trusted and reputable dealership considering some of the vehicles they sell on the lot but apparently I was not. I also had the oil changed prior to having a conversation oil was black and smelled burnt so Im out a total of $1300.       Lapin sold me a 2019 Shelby ***** that needs a new motor. I drove down 4 hours to buy the car and before I left I asked multiple times if there were any issues with the car and they said no issues at all but it did need to be tuned. Which I thought was odd. I test drove the car and noticed that there was blue smoke coming from the exhaust. Val the manager told me it was from the water meth injection kit (which was empty) they had me and my friend wait around for hours for answers to anything and I ultimately ended up buying the car with the thought that it was the water meth kit. A few weeks later I had a compression test done on the motor after I added the water meth and got an oil change and saw the smoke was still coming from the exhaust only to find that the car needs a new motor. Cylinder 8 had very low compression with 80% leakage. I contacted the guy I worked with at the dealer and he had me contact Val who has no gotten back to me or responded to text messages. They also are not giving me my license plates which I talked to them Thursday the 6th and they said they had the plates and would over night them since my temp tag expires Sunday the 10th and they said would call me right back and have ignored my calls since and did not send my plates and registration. I can send the shops findings later as I dont have the paper with me now I also can attach text messages with the guy I worked with.

      I am rejecting this response because: I expressed my concerns multiple times to your staff before purchasing the vehicle about the blue smoke and was assured it was due to the meth kit (which was empty) and then was ignored when I finally was able to get it looked at by a shop and found the real reason. After speaking with BBB the head of the ******* office called me and offered to make it right and then never answered my calls or texts. So Im stuck here still with a vehicle I bought from you guys that eats oil and smokes like crazy and cannot be enjoyed like it should be especially for spending 67 thousand dollars.

      While I agree there is inherent risk, your people assured me it was no issue and the car was perfect even after I expressed my concerns. I believe its unprofessional and bad business practice for you to tell me you will replace the vehicle and make it right and work with me and then completely blow me off. All the while telling me they never should have let me buy the car when I brought up my concerns and re assure me it will be made right. Unprofessional. Clearly your business is choosing to back pedal and go against what you said so its time to let people know of the unprofessionalism before they go through what I did. Also, telling me you fired everyone involved goes to show you know they did something wrong. I literally offered to buy the $10,000 short block myself if you guys could pay for the install which was $3,800. Which is getting off pretty light considering. I had high hopes and was impressed when your people finally called and offered all these options, it is truly unfortunate that you decided not to make it right.

      I purchased a ******************** January of 2021 for **** I went to go get a oil change a. Few months later and I was giving the reading and I thought those numbers sound the same as when I purchased the car yes they were the odometer was not working I called the dealership several of times and was given a bunch of excuses I asked for the owner because it made sense why the car was breaking down continuasly anyways I talked to the owner he agreed to help me with some of the issues well they kept my car for a couple of weeks when they said it would only be a week it ended up 3 weeks they told me they were going to fix the wiring and they never did Everytime I attempted to reach out to them I would always get asked to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me but it never happened I spoke to the owner I asked him about the odometer reading I said it's illegal to sell a vehicle like that he says I can sell them the way I want I have good lawyers to protect me anyways after they sold me the ***** for **** they sold a lady I know a nicer ****** Camry I believe it was newer by like 2 years I was there to witness the purchase it had way less miles then mine and it was a better car then mine by far she paid **** I have felt so horrible these people promised me the world and did nothing for me they had me write them a good review during the sale of the vehicle yeah because once they finish with the paperwork they don't stand by nothing they say all's they kept telling me is that it was not there problem and don't bother with a law suit because they had top notch attorneys and I would never win.

      I'm very sorry that the car we sold you had issues. I know that we helped fix it on several occasions. It's so hard because it's a 20+-year-old car. We don't know if they will last 2 months or 2 years. That's why we have used buyers Guide on every car stating that there " as is ". I think this has been resolved. I'm pretty sure that we took care of this with you. As far as the other customer buying a car for 1k that could have been for many reasons title status maybe the car had issues and we were just wholesaling maybe you heard the price wrong. I don't know. But we try to help all our customers. It's just hard to warranty a car that's 24 years old. I don't know of one dealership that does. But I do remember the owner helping you with your issues. I do remember us fixing your car for you. I'm pretty sure this issue has been resolved. I do remember you being happy and sending us a few clients. Please let me know if there is anything else on this I can help with.
