    I decided to use ****** to ship my car, and they subcontracted the job to EasyHaul on 6/12. I was charged a staggering $1,763, with the promise that my car would be picked up in a timely manner. I placed the order nine days ago, and the car was supposed to be picked up today.Just this morning, I was informed that the car was reassigned to one driver, and then another, causing immense confusion and frustration. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.Not only did they fail to meet their deadline, but their constant shuffling of responsibilities between drivers shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. If they couldn't handle the job, they should have been upfront about it instead of stringing me along for over a week.While the customer service representatives were polite, their efforts were overshadowed by the overall poor handling of my shipment. I hope ****** and EasyHaul can improve their coordination and transparency in the future. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services at this time.

    I bought car from salvage auction then hired this company to deliver this car (09/05/23).They hired some third party towing company, which they did not do better background check. The driver was absolute disaster. Every time I called driver kept lying about delivery date. So finally he was delivering on Friday (09/08/23).To make story short the driver supposed to tow my car in flat bed but drove the car for 20 miles and car overheated and driver left the car on side of highway. The driver texted me location of car and turned off his phone. Then I drove to location and see car engine was hot and I could smell weed inside my car.Then I called ******** to resolve the issue, they said tried to contact the person that they hired, of course they are not able to reach him. Then they said they will investigate what happened and find new driver. It was Friday. My car was sitting on side of highway for 4 days. They were able to deliver only on Tuesday (09/12).Now, they removed the name of the driver from my order of their web site. Never seen such a business.

    Dear BBB,

     

    Thank you for the opportunity to correct the facts regarding Mr. ********* complaint regarding the delivery of the vehicle he purchased DAMAGED from Copart auto auctions.

    Mr. ********* damaged vehicle was assigned to AP LOGISTICS OF ** LLC for pick up on the 6th and delivery on the 7th. On the 8th, the driver advised us that his truck had broken down and that he will need to leave this vehicle at a parking lot in *********, ** 28273. 

    Mr. ******* was notified of this right away (by both the driver and ********) + was provided the address to be able to meet the driver and arrange towing from there + offered a partial refund. Mr. ******* adamantly refused, stating that the vehicle might have issues, he's not willing to accept liability, etc. (of his own vehicle). 

    As there were no other available drivers that day/or over weekend, the vehicle was picked up and delivered from that parking lot on 9/12. Mr. ******* was well aware of the situation, bought a vehicle with front end damage, and was also provided the insurance information in order to file a claim. Mr. ******* was advised that all necessary information would be provided to the insurance company once/if they requested it after he filed a claim. 

    Pursuant to our Terms & ***************************** Agreement, and Dispute Resolution Process which Mr. ******* accepted/agreed to on 9/05/23 (including the verbiage about offloading, change of locations, cancellation, etc.). 

    We have worked + provide with Mr. ******* with all the tools necessary to deliver the vehicle and also all information to file a claim.
