I bought a 2012 **** Fusion from universal Auto sales in ************************** was my salesman. the car was running when I got there washed and ready to go., when I got it home it would not start back up. I called ******* for him to tell me "Oh yeah you need a key fob" I was not happy at all!!!! so $310 dollars later, THEN 3 weeks after that my car is running rough, so contacted the warranty I bought with the car, had it approved to get looked at,. AND found out there is NO THERMOSTAT in the motor, so I once again called ******* back, he said yeah I know we replaced the motor at ****** miles got it at the ************* and it was overheating so took the thermostat out. I could not believe what I was hearing, He was rude and told me if I don't stop calling him he would get a shovel and bury me and through the shovel away; then hung up. The car now is at a dealership with a $4000 invoice waiting to be fixed. NOT ONLY DID I LOSE MY JOB BECAUSE I HAVE NO CAR TO GET THERE, BUT I HAVE NO MONEY FOR MY CAR PAYMENT, THE $4000 TO FIX IT, AND SOON NO MONEY FOR RENT AND EVERYTHING ELSE, HOW IS THIS FARE ???????? I WOULD OF NEVER OF BOUGHT THEnCAR!!!!! knowing there was a different moter/ingine in it.
