-Started working with FLI to get a quote in September 2021. -Had them come out to do jobs at 2 different locations -FLI started the work in October of 2021 to do a sidewalk, retaining wall, fence, and irrigation system and one job site; irrigation system, sod, and walkway at at the other site -Total for the jobs at both sites was over $30,000 for the work -Got final **** for the remaining 50% on November 11th but work was never completely finished -Had to have them remove the wrong items at the other job site, didn't use the right kind of material that was given as an example and over charged for what they replaced it with -Contacted them November 30th to see if they were coming to finish, said they would be out in a few days, never came back -Got a call March 10th that they never received final payment, but never came and finished the job -Came out that day to install the double gate, but then took out the walk in gate -Paid the remaining portion of the **** that day -Have used the double gate 2 times and it came off the hinges **************** June 5th to fix the gate, tried calling June 6th to follow up and it goes straight to voicemail saying to please email -Sent picture of the double gate and and missing walk in gate that was removed. -Someone came out but never called to let me know they were coming or were at my property -They turned the hinges on one gate -Pulled the fence down to the ground where there were gaps so now there are huge gaps at the top of the fence between the chainlink and the rail with a piece of wire holding it together
