      On March 3,2024 I signed up for TotalAv deal advertised for $72 Cashback on fatcoupon.com.I complied with the offer terms.To this day I never received the cashback Fatcoupon advertised.Every time I would reach out to them the response would be that they are working on it.That has been going on for a few month. They seem unwilling to resolve their issue.

      Fatcoupon has refused to pay out cash backs for multiple purchases over the year. When contacting them, they replied saying it typically took the merchants 1-6 months to respond to their query and then they never credit cash back to my accounts. This is a tactic they have been using on many of their customers. For my case, my cash back is stuck at around 40k coins for over a year (with min payout at 50k coins which is worth $50). Other than not crediting purchase cash back, they also didn't credit coins to the click-to-earn links that are advertised on their webpage. This company is a total scam, tricking customers to click to earn referral fees but refuse to credit customers for their clicks.       I have been using FatCoupon for several months although I have many other options for online cash back. I received an email on 6/19 that I earned cash back. However when I attempted to login into my account later, I received an error message saying it was inactive. I emailed customer service and received a response on 6/26: The account is inactive because of the violation of terms and conditions. I sent reply on 6/25, 6/26 requesting an explanation. I sent: Can you please explain when and what violation? Was I notified about this violation? If so, when and how was I notified? Lastly, how do we fix this? I was unaware of any violation I have not received any response, and now Im believing that this site is a scam. The cash back that I have earned for several months is not being released. If I was advised of an alleged violation then I should have been given that information so that it could have been resolved. Instead they kept allowing me earn cash back that they were going to withhold. I want my account to be reactivated, so that I am able to redeem the cash back that I rightfully owned.

      FatCoupon promised $50 cash redemption (paying through Paypal) using ****** cash back coins earned from online shopping trips using their service. However, after I did the tasks and made online purchased using their cash back service, and earned ****** cash back coins, FatCoupon refuses to pay the cash redemption. I believe their business is fraudulent, and they are trying to find excuses to not pay their customers.

      This site appears to be a scam. Ive waited many months for my point to show in the Payable balance and finally I was able to redeem a $100 **** Gift Card on 4/7/23. But it says the order is Pending and it has been this way for almost 2 months now. Ive contracted customer service on the site and emailed them several times but they do not replay!

      I am writing to bring to your attention the unethical practices of FatCoupon Technology LTD, a company that offers a cash back service which allows to to purchase items from retailers from their affiliate links that help funnel affiliate money to FatCoupon in which FatCoupon rewards the user with a certain designated amount allocated. With the attached documents, you will find several screenshots of my personal earnings that were eligible for a $50 redemption payout on the FatCoupon website. Shortly after requesting for the $50 payout redemption, my account was swiftly deactivated and I am no longer able to access or login to Fatcoupon. Coincidence? I think not. You can see the rest of the BBB complaints go unanswered and have similar experiences - same with some Trustpilot reviews. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with FatCoupon but based on the aforementioned of unanswered BBB complaints, it's likely that I will not receive a response or a satisfactory resolution. I am attaching the relevant documents for your reference, including the receipt of purchase, evidence of the purchase and offer. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account given they have deactivated it which means I am unable to provide a screenshot of my account or of my redemption.I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against FatCoupon for their fraudulent practices.       My account was deactivated when I did nothing wrong. Contacted them multiple times and they told me I created 2 different accounts.I did not create an additional account nor do I have time / desire to do so.They have now put me on their spam list and will not reinstate the account.I believe had about $130 pending in my account. I could care less but I cannot accept that my account was taken way when I did no wrongdoing Please help getting my account reinstated if you could.

      I had an account on FatCoupon.com and there were about $100 worth of cashback. Now my account is deemed "inactive" by the company and would not allow me to log in onto my accout, and when I tried to contact their customer service, the website asks me log in first, which helped me nothing. I tried to reset my password, which I did managed to do but after that it still showed that my account was inactive and didn't let me in. I tried to contact their customer service then using email, on instagram and ******** and got no responses whatsoever. This is a company that scams people because they make your account inactive and you can never get your cashback money. And their customer service doesn't exist.

      The app tracked my shopping history so that I can get the cash back from them. I made a purchase in November 2022, but no cash back in my account. I contacted customer service and they said they would contact the merchant. It would take about 1-3 months for the merchant to get back to them. I waited over 3 months. Nothing from them. I contacted customer service again, and they said they were waiting for the merchant to reply. When I asked what exact time I will get the cash back, nobody has replied to me yet. Then when I logged in my account, that transaction history is removed from my account. No pending, nothing, it is just gone. (But I got the screenshot of the purchase from my account when I contacted the customer service at the first attempt.)

      I earned points in September of 2022. They were marked as Payable in December. I requested payout of over $500 of earnings in December. It has been marked as pending for over 3 months. I contacted customer service multiple times. I was responded to once they would resolve it. But no timeline was given. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. It seems like they are only earning on clicks and refusing to pay anything to customers. I would like confirmation on why my payout was delayed and confirmation when they will pay it.
