      FatCoupon failed to pay out on valid cash back amounts. After many months I saved up enough cash back to cash out for a $50 gift card, instead of actually paying out FatCoupon marked my account as "inactive" and took my cash back payout. This is tantamount to theft and I am not the first person they havce done this to ********************************************************************

      I'm writing this email to properly file a complaint regarding my missing cashback claims which were left unattended. I started filing these claims in October of 2022, starting off with my purchase from ************** dated March 15, 2022, and followed by more claims (see the list below) which did not appear on my FatCoupon account when I did the purchase. You were responsive, explaining the reason why my claims are taking too long to be resolved, but you were saying the same response whenever I follow-up. My claims were piled-up and only very few (1 or 2) claims were resolved. If you will check your system about my filing and follow-**** I filed these missing cashbacks twice in 2022 and sending follow-*** since then.       This is ongoing. I have used this Fatcoupon app/company daily since joining them. The day after Feb 28th, 2023 - my acct will not log in and states is "inactive". I have reach out the company 57 times and they have been ignoring me and I have no clue as to why. Thank goodness I kept snapshots of my balance. If they will not reinstate my acct, then I want the $79.41 I earned and therefore, they owe me. I need your help connecting with them to either provide my cashback of $79.41 or to activate my account. They have an issue with their app on my end. I did nothing wrong and I believe they are acting in bad intentions. I do NOT know why my account remains inactive. My wife's account works just fine. Please have my acct activated or have them give me my $79.41 they have of mine. Pics of my acct/point balance equated to $79.41. Thank you

      This is a cashback site where they say they will issue cashback for certain purchases made via their site and for clicking on deals and products. They offered '1 coin' of cashback each time you click on a deal or product up to ten per day. I redeemed $50 of my cashback and they refused to honor it and deactivated my account. When I questioned it, they said it was due to 'spam clicking'. They said I had clicked more than the ten times per day and that the site still added coins past the allowed ten clicks but this was then considered spam clicking. Nowhere on the site does it tell you that and a main function of the company is to encourage you to look at deals and products on their site, so how is that not allowed?!! This is clearly a way of them getting out of paying people cashback and it is disgraceful. I have been in touch with the customer service rep and she would not help. She sent me a screenshot of my clicks, which were probably maybe ***** max...because I was actually looking at their deals! The site does not say that you cannot look at more than ten offers per day. Regardless of this, they should still pay out for the cashback on actual purchases I had made as this still amounts to $50 but they refuse to reply and honor this, This is clearly a scam site where they will use any reason to avoid paying out. Be very wary!

      Date of the Transaction : December 26, 2022 This is a Cashback portal, they track purchases and also get paid by companies for people using their affiliated links. I used their affiliated link to a mattress store to buy a mattress that cost me $1651.9. For using their affiliated link to the mattress store, I was to receive about $70-$80 in cashback.The business committed to customers that they are to earn cashback and the customers would be able to get their hands on that cashback, in the form of giftcards, or ****************** requested much more sensitive information (than other similar companies) as a requirement for me to be able to get my hands on the cashback, but once they got the information they needed, they have ceased communication with me. As mentioned before, they have not tried to solve my issue, they have stopped communication altogether.

      The company is totally scam! I purchased multiple times and get in total more than *****fc, which worth $50. But when I start to request cashout, they simply rejected my request and comment "multiple account." However, I only have one account in this website, I assume that they simply want to refuse to pay me my money!

      I have over $100 is my account, but $80 of it is 'pending.' I have reached out several times, and provided all the details they have asked such as order numbers and such, but after I provide that info they simply stop replying to me. I have $100 in cash back I would like to redeem, but they keep giving me the run around. They say it usually takes 3 months **** some of mine have been waiting for 6 months, and they simply ignore my plea for help.

      I purchased a number of items from different retailers and other online stores using the online shopping portal Fatcoupon.com. After 3+ months my cashback was posted as $52.00 and was approved. Then I also purchased a subscription to ****************** on 7/02/22 for $24.95 and was told I would receive $48.00 addition in cash back on top of the $52.00. I waited 4-5 months and then the cash back earned went from pending to approved and several turned **** from ******** When I asked their support why I didn't receive my cashback, they said the retailer didn't pay them. Looking online, I now see a lot of other people posting complaints that Fatcoupon has done the same to them. For Transunion, they told me the order number I provided as evidence was invalid, even though I provided the order number from the email after my credit card was charged. The support people don't actually help but instead just copy and paste the same generic responses, so it's not possible to solve this issue on my own. So I asked to close my account and have a check sent with my cashback owed to my address on file and they just closed my account and sent me nothing. Now I don't even have access to the account to provide a list on the cashback I was supposed to receive. This company is dishonest as far as I am concerned and possibly a fraud. They post higher cashback than competitors to entice people who have no intention of paying.       I have many options when it comes to cashback sites. Unfortunately I chose this company and I have attempted patiently for the last 6 months to recover the cash back owed to me from to rentals from Budget. The first in April and again in May and they refuse to assist claiming the merchant did not track although I have proof of the tracking trip AND the receipt from the merchant. I just want the company to honor the cashback that I am rightfully owed. I would understand if I didnt have the shopping trips in my history. I clicked properly because I have the trips and I have previously provided the receipt from budget reflecting the dates and times that correspond to the shopping trip.
