    Submitting legitimate service requests is hit and miss. I'd say 50% of my requests go unanswered. Trying to call or txt or email them usually goes into a black hole with absolutely no response. It's super friggin frustrating, and I probably won't resign this current lease because of their lack of response. Please note that I'm not asking for anything for them to check anything out of the ordinary; a side gate doesn't open for garbage, recycle, waste bins, fireplace constantly beeps, can I adopt a pet. No response whatsoever.

    My experience with Hartz Property Management has been deeply unsatisfactory, primarily due to the following complaints:1. Malfunctioning Furnace: I endured a frustrating three months with a malfunctioning furnace that failed to adequately heat my rented property. This prolonged discomfort was not only inconvenient but also posed health and safety concerns during colder months.2. Failed Air Conditioner Unit: During the hottest heat wave of the year, the air conditioning unit failed, forcing me to temporarily relocate for relief. This resulted in a substantial increase in my electricity bill due to the need for alternative cooling methods.3. Non-Operational Pool Amenities: The promised pool amenities, a significant factor in my decision to choose this property, remained non-operational throughout my entire tenancy. This persistent lack of access not only frustrated me but also significantly devalued my lease agreement.In addition to these issues, I must address the troubling response from Hartz Property Management when I sought to discuss these concerns directly with the property owner.Upon contacting the property owner to address these ongoing issues, I was met with unprofessional and bullying behavior from Hartz Property Management. This behavior added unnecessary stress and frustration to an already challenging situation.I am sharing this review to inform potential tenants about the difficulties I encountered during my tenancy and to draw attention to the concerning behavior displayed by Hartz Property Management.
