      We purchased Granite Countertops through *********** Precision Countertops was the company that installed our countertops, before the installation was complete, we noticed that the countertops were starting to stain, we contacted ********** the ******************* where we purchased the countertops and were sold a 10 to 15 year manufacture seal, and were told that the issue was with the seal and to contact the installation company, I opened a service ticket with them, was told that someone would call me back which never happened, they finally returned to finish the installation and when I spoke to the install tech he said that he would reseal the countertops and everything would be fine, he did what he said and resealed the countertops with Granite Gold Granite sealer but we still were getting stains on the countertops, after several phone calls & months of waiting they finally in December of 2023 they sent someone out to check the countertops & found that they were defective & that they would report the issue to Dal-Tile out of ***** who is the manufacture of the stone, Dal-Tile sent us some granite treatment that should stripe the seal & remove the stains but after two applications it did nothing. I called Precision Countertops again & they turned it over to Dal-Tile again, I spoke to a *********************** with Dal-Tile who said this was a warranty issue and would be in contact with me on what the next steps would be, well a few weeks went by again & after ******************* she finally came back & said because of the product that Precision Countertops applied to the counters it voided the warranty and to contact ************************* which I have contacted both companies. Because this was installed by Precision Countertops I was told by ********** to contact Precision countertops again, so I did and spoke to ****** she said she had turned this over to their warranty department because they applied and recommended the product the voided the warranty with Dal-Tile.

      Kitchen countertop got installed over a week ago. Precision Countertop did a terrible job on installation. After talking to their issues department, a technician was supposed to show up a week after the installation. I took day off waiting for that technician to show up, called and texted the company several times inquiring about ETA with no answer. At around 4:40pm the technician called saying he can't make it that day. The company wanted to reschedule two weeks later - that means we have to wait about three weeks without a kitchen. Countertop issues:1. One side of the countertop is broken 2. Joint not done properly - one side is higher than the other 3. Caulking is still wet/soft after over a week since applied 4. Damaged caulking 5. Big gap between countertop and cabinets.I don't want to deal with company. I'm asking for a refund so I can do it somewhere else.

      We apologize for missing the original appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, but we have been out to inspect the issues and determined we will be remaking parts of this countertop. This will be scheduled today and we hope this resolves any issues.

Say no, make abt ****in. wide.I ask for 26 & if read size on paperwork Home Depot-[HD]. I told him want no cornerseam.He Say no one make counter 26in. & bully me use *****in.. Men place counter.Me:main part too long; small left too short, not long as base; stove not going fit.They say can fix; not glued in; shove stove in; stove rose above countertop off floor; shove stove back down floor;left center in space base, shorting at wall.Me:counter not long enough cover cabinet back on left at stove. He Say no one see it.Later I move stove out tile wall; pulled stove by bottom; back rose up off floor above counter, worse than when men shove in; out far enough, it slammed down floor.Black from stove on right counter side.I try push stove back, only go about eight to ten in. from wall; cabinet on left & counter on right not allow stove back same area prior work start, space not wide enough.Fix#1: Man inadequate equipment; kitchen filled with dust from grinding.He ground counter his satisfaction & declare it good. Me: was bad, not square.He loudly told me I not know how use square or ********* not know anything; demand I allow him level stove [prior his "leveling", bubble was very middle two lines] After much arguing I told him he could move, if it was not level, he must restore.He made abt 1/3 off bubble.I ask him move back.He reply,"I'm not touching your stove".He left.I Contact *********************** still not fit space, abt 4 in. not fit back to wall; counter bow right side; wonky on corner.Fix#2:Man took off abt .5in. on right back counter; front right corner still wonky; want fixed.Most of counter is 25.5in.Man offer they replace whole counter with 26in. wide per my original.Expense of hiring plumber & possibly buy new sink prevent due to my unexpect cost.No address damage of stove.WANT WARN WOMEN

      I ordered countertops from Precision Countertops months ago and have had nothing but issues. First, they kept calling me to run my card to pay for the countertops, even though it was approved multiple times. I spent weeks waiting for them to approve the transaction with multiple emails back and forth. I then spent multiple days scheduling the appointments, which is difficult because they give multiple dates for multiple tasks. This means you have to be home over several days. I kept telling them that I cannot do certain days/times because I work, but this information was not headed. Finally, I was told that the install would be in the MORNING on 12/1, with 12/2 the plumber coming and 12/9 the backsplash. HOWEVER, I just got a text message that the install is now in the afternoon. I told them this time would not work because I have patients scheduled at this time. When calling about this issue, I was told that the time slot wasn't guaranteed but this is not what I was told originally. They have multiple people telling their customers multiple things and NO ONE COMMUNICATES. They schedule all their app'ts over text and expect people to take multiple days off of work. At this point, I just want my money back but was told that this can't happen without incurring fees. So now I'm held hostage to a horrible company and can't get anything installed. I have already taken the other days off...what am I supposed to do?

      I am rejecting this response because: they changed the arrival time for **** am but it is now 11:24 am and they have not shown. I called the business and they say they don't know when they will arrive and cannot get ahold of the employees to give me an ETA. This is unacceptable. At this point, I would prefer my money back in full for the poor communication and inconvenience (and stress) this has caused.

      This company installed our kitchen countertops and a window sill in October of 2022. The cut out for the faucet is too close to the sink. Our contractor was not able to install the faucet per the directions. He had to rig the faucet. The window sill was installed on an angle. When contacted to correct the problem the company made a date and time to come out two times. However both times have been cancelled for various reasons.They want me to reschedule a third time and wait another week for this to be resolved. It appears this company does not want to correct their mistakes

      Precision Countertops installed our kitchen countertop but they cut the openings wrong for the cooktop ventilation. This was a large $5,000+ order, close to 6K. As a result, the installation of our cooktop and. vent was delayed for almost a month. We had to reschedule installation with another company to come out and the whole thing was just extremely disappointing, frustrating and inconvenient for how much we paid. As a result, we had to eat out a lot more than often during those 3-4 weeks, and with a large family of 7 (my wife and I and 5 kids), it was not cheap to eat out! We did try to use alternative cooking methods at home, but this was very limited without a cooktop and so we ended up spending probably an extra $1,200 that month eating out for our large family. We are health conscious, so we weren't exactly going to go to ********** as we haven't had fast food for over ****************************************************************************** addition, Precision had to come back and glue on pieces from additional material on what's supposed to be a seamless countertop ... these errors are now covered over by materials from the vent, but we do not have 1 seamless piece of granite as promised for such an expensive slab of granite. I asked Precision to cover our $1,200 of added expense and they offered a measley $250 and are not budging and not willing to negotiate this amount.I even asked them to meet me halfway and do $500 refund and they refused.Not only is the product not as described because it is not 1 solid, seamless piece, not only we were inconvenience for a large family for 3-4 weeks, but we spent an additional $1,200 or so. We need the BBB to help mediate a more reasonable settlement. I'm already now wasting more time and stress over this that I should not have to.Thank you, ***************************

      On June 1, 2022 this business installed new counter tops and backsplash. They damaged the drywall and paint above the backsplash by improperly removing the old backsplash. They now refuse to fix this saying its my problem. They also stained my driveway by dumping the grout water in the middle of it. My contract states I paid for drywall repair. It also states that the work will be executed in a ******* like manner and exceed industry standards for fit and finish and overall quality.
