    I received an invoice for the amount of $53.00 for "Irrigation Repair" of an irrigation head which I had already paid for a "New" irrigation head and the service just 10 days prior. Because the replacement head, which was supposed to be "new", never worked properly, I contacted the Progress to alert them it was not working. I believe the replacement Irrigation Head was already broken, used or damaged when it was installed just 11 days prior to my call. I was then given the run around as to the charge. First I was told it was "clogged". That is impossible since it's location is in a no traffic area. Then was told I was being charged for a service call and/or mileage. It was not clear. Something never discussed or agreed to. The materials and installation was from Prograss and they should be backing up their materials and workmanship. No one likes to be taken advantage of regarding whether it's $53.00 or 5cents. They clearly don't have integrity, customer service and are robbing their clients.

    Prograss did not deliver the services promised I needed weeding, pruning, and general clean up performed on my property. ,Work that was suppose to start two weeks after the initial bid was done began 60 days later. I was about to cancel my request when a crew arrived without my being notified. Since the original description of the work to be performed was what I wanted done I agreed to have them to do the work. It has turned into a nightmare. Prograss is no longer servicing my property. The first crew needed a day and a half to weed and prune. They cut down my blueberry **** and removed two lavenders that were to stay as part of the landscape. They did not remove the English Ivy and Blackberries. A complaint to the sales rep brought the following: a $50 credit tor trash removal. The plants were to be replaced in the Spring. The maintenance agreement to control weeds was implemented. In May when I had not received my plants and the weeds were getting out of control I called the company and inquired about the plants and complain about the weeds that have grown once again out of control.I am disabled and cannot do the work anymore so I fell for what I was promised. The original cleanup should have taken two hours approximate cost $600. The day and a half bill came to $3500. **************** has been contacted. To date there has been no resolution for the plants. I am no longer concerned about the plant replacement I just want the very bad service I obtained be recorded.
