    I purchased 2 of the same item on came packaged in plastic in the box. The other was just in the box used the rubber feet already on and full of hair it was gross but yet I paid full price!! I shouldnt have paid full price for a used retuned whatever it was item!

    I ordered a pink and gray one not white. It was the pink one. In the target app which is where I ordered through in my reviews I uploaded pictures. I paid ***** for the pink one that was clearly used the grey one being new was only *****

    Thats not true I have received absolutely nothing from your company. Your company didnt not respond until I left a complaint here on the ***. I have no reason to lie so please dont lie either. Why dont you leave your phone number on here or on the email you just recently sent me to call you?The email you just sent me states exactly what your email above says.

    Missing parts that were to be included in item we bought. Between moving, illnesses and caring for grandchildren we finally had the time to put it together. It is missing a bag of parts. When I called I was was told that because it has been over a year since we purchased it there was nothing they would do. I thought ****** was a trust worthy company but obviously not. It would be great if everyone lived in a perfect world and was able to do planned work on Aosom's schedule.Not so awesome are they?

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival so we can assist with any issues right away, but we understand that sometimes thats not possible, which is why we offer a one-year timeframe for warranty claims.

    The warranty details are posted on our website for your review prior to purchase, as it outlines coverage periods and conditions.

    While we do have time limitations, we are always happy to honor the warranty when contacted within the specified timeframe.

    Bought a gazebo based on the excellent reviews discussing how sturdy the product was. I put it together, anchored it to the ground and the very next day found it was blown apart when we had not even had any high winds. The legs LITERALLY tore apart at the connection point, so its not fixable. I contacted customer service and they said it wasnt warrantied against bad weather. I responded that 1) the weather wasnt bad- it was a normal summer day and 2) I was asking for parts to repair it, as I had not even gotten to use it once. Their response was that they dont provide replacement parts and it wasnt meant to be left up overnight. This is a 12x12 GAZEBO, pictured in multiple reviews in the rain, snow, et cetera- but its supposed to be disassembled EVERY DAY? Long story short, I paid $200 plus dollars for a scrap pile and Aosoms response is to tell me Im sol. Not cool.

    Purchased a gazebo in June through target. The manual said the gazebo couldnt withstand heavy snow so was planning to take it down in December. It didnt withstand a small rain storm (I live in *************. No hurricanes or tornadoes). I contacted AOSOM and said it shouldve lasted longer than a measly 5 months. They said the return window was closed and my only option would be to contact target since they cant issue a refund since I didnt purchase direct through them. Absolutely horrible quality product that should have lasted many spring and summer seasons, but didnt last 5 months and a return window of not even a month.

    It was my biggest mistake to buy a swing from them as ***** was selling me an i was not sure if some third party is selling it to me. It is a defective piece and i simply want to return and get my money back. I called macys multiple time and they keep forwarding me to aosom. AOSOM want me to prove that it is defective. I need to open the box again which i packed and took me half an hour to do it as it is big item. They want me to prove that i am not lying. I dont believe Macys is working with these kind of third parties which should immediately be out of their system. They are spoiling their names.I reached out to everywhere but didnt get my money back. I STRONGLY recommend everyone to not buy anything from them. They are not having good customer service and would give you very hard time after you buy a product. Buy it from ****** instead of macys. Can BBB get my money back please.

    Do not buy from this company. No support, terrible quality and won't be accountable to anything.We had an item that broke 5 days after the whopping 90 day guarantee. I didn't ask for anything but HELP from the company and they basically refused to even help me. I offered to pay for the part - No, past 90 days, nothing we can do.Honestly, do not buy from them.

    Purchased an Aosom bicycle trailer online from Lowes. Opened the box it came in to assemble the trailer this spring to get it ready for bike season and discovered that one of the rims on the trailer was badly damaged and not useable. Since I waited longer than 30 days to open the box I was not expecting to be able to return the item for a refund I contacted both **************************** attempting to purchase a replacement rim but neither are willing to sell replacement parts for these products. I then visited several bicycle shops to see if I could have it repaired but because it is a proprietary design it can not be done. After getting the runaround from Aosom customer service the only option left to me is to throw it in the landfill & buy another one. I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing an Aosom product to think twice before making the purchase. The quality of their products is extremely poor and the customer service and aftersales support is non-existent. The reason this stuff is cheap is because it is absolute garbage sold by a shady corporation with blatant disregard for it's customers or the environment.

    Hi ****, I'm sorry that we don't sell individual parts for some of our items other than the few that are available directly on our website. Our factories do not manufacture or package parts individually, so we do not have individual parts available for sale for most of our products. Although we do not have parts for sales for all of our products, we are compiling all requests for parts that have been requested, in hopes that at some time in the future, we might be able to start carrying more parts for sale.

    We ordered one table, they sent two. The order was with Amazon.Two tables were delivered and money was paid for two ( automatic by Amazon ). We called told to print labels, ***** picked up the unopened table. Next day ***** brought it back. We called ***** they said they did exactly as instructed. The driver said the computer thinks there is only one table so.deliver it. ***** delivered. We understand the table has to be returned before we get our $146 back. So we called ***** again, they said it is an Amazon problem. We called Amazon they said it is an Aosom problem. So we have an unopened table, we do.not have our $146.Thank you,*****

    I have bought canopies 2 different times from Aosom recently. A 10'x10' and a 10'x20' both with the USA Flag motif/pattern. I'm a very careful buyer when I order anything on the internet. Having said that, I researched Canopies off and on for about a month. Aosom stood out from all the rest. Great website/pics/description/ easy pay/and Very Fast shipping. They were perfect!! You should definitely buy from AOSOM!

    My recent encounter with Aosom, facilitated through ****** platform, has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a computer chair with massage function, only to receive a product missing essential components such as the piston, wheels, and legs. Despite assurances of a replacement, the subsequent delivery was even more deficient, indicating a glaring lack of quality control and oversight within Aosom's operations.Furthermore, the condition of the box, which had been resealed with multiple layers of tape, raises concerns about the integrity of Aosom's supply chain. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, communication regarding return and refund procedures has been lacking, exacerbating the frustration.This experience not only reflects poorly on Aosom's commitment to customer satisfaction but also raises questions about ****** oversight of the vendors they endorse. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Aosom and hope that ****** will take appropriate action to address this matter.

I was able to locate your order in our system and review all of the correspondence and do see you have been assisted with this issue and are receiving a full refund, as the replacement was missing parts. Please keep an eye out for the email containing the pick-up information for the item.

    In regard to the quality control issue you mentioned, all of the items arrive to us pre-packed from the manufacturers overseas, so we unfortunately do not know about missing parts, or any possible issues with the item, until the customer does. Now that we know two items have had issues, we can pass the information to our product team to look into as there may possibly be a problem with the entire batch, we again thank you for providing us with this valuable information.
