I recently had my trucks transmission go out I paid a professional to rebuild it and he never looked at it so I wasted $2500.00. I then brought the transmission to Kenny Ross ford to see if they could diagnose the issue and they said the seals and it would cost $2400.00 I said ok then later in the week they tell me its the shaft and it will come to $4500.00 after hearing the price I had to think howd itd come up with the money and the service *** said he was going to talk with the manager for a second and would call me back. Unfortunately for him he never hung up the phone and I over heard him talking down to me to the service manager. I confronted him about it and told him to just have my truck fixed. After 2 weeks I hear the truck is finished and I go to pick it up and upon arrival Im told its back together but the mechanic said the truck was awkwardly shifting out of first and that it was fine in the other gears and I asked to drive it to see for myself. After paying the $4500.00 I test drove the truck and it was absolutely terrible the fact that they would even charge someone $4500.00 for something that awful. I then had the vehicle towed back to the garage and now they are charging me another $3000.00 for their mistake I would not recommend Kenny **** to anyone Im in serious debt now and to them Im just the person filling the piggy bank.

Was told the 2nd key FOB would be mailed to me after purchasing a truck. It's been 4 weeks, and still no FOB. Told it was mailed, but nobody can get me answers.

I took my 2019 Escape in at the beginning of May for my check engine light being on. Day one they called hours later to let me know that they would need to keep it over night to re check it the next day which was fine. Day 2 went to 2 weeks with me calling checking in with it also reaching out with corporate thru social media for them also not to be really any help. I get it back after they "fixed it" $800 dollars later I pull off. Fast forward to July 1st 9 am I drop it off again for the same issue check in light. The service man ****/**** goes out & moves it inside the bay/garage area and when he gets out he says to me "maybe its the battery it struggled to come on when I pressed the start button" I hadn't notice my vehicle do that but once since the last time I dropped it off. Monday July 1st at 5:40pm they call asking to keep it again. I said okay. Tuesday came nothing. Weds comes I call at noon no answer I called at 1:19pm, 1:21pm, 3:03pm, 5:25pm, NO ANSWER I left one voicemail asking for a return phone call because I wanted to see about a rental car. Thursday 4th of July CLOSED. Friday July 5th 12:09pm I called left a voicemail NO ANSWER. No call back. I called at 5:34pm 5:35pm. NOTHING. Saturday July 6th I call at 10:41, 11:02,11:03,11:09,11:11, 12:07pm. NOTHING. My dad called they answer. My landlord helped me when she called me for something else and I cried to her about my car. She asked me for the phone number she called the number and got an answer! We did a 3 way call with ****** who said he was there all day and didn't miss any calls! I went to pick up my vehicle. They didn't do anything! But I go to the store turn it come back to MY BATTERY IS DEAD!! I went AutoZone and they checked BAD BATTERY. I went to ********************** in ************ at almost 2pm on a Saturday did a quick over view of everything I been thru to them. They had to jump my dead vehicle again from the bay area to take it to the back to REPLACE my dead battery! That cost over $300

DO NOT BRING YOUR FOREIGN LUX VEHICLES TO THIS ********* to your respective service center to avoid a huge bill. This location should get a NEGATIVE 5 and invest in finding competent, honest and all around experienced mechanics because those who worked on my vehicle are GROSSLY INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST AND LACK EXPERIENCE WITH LUXURY VEHICLES!!!My drivers side door was hit while parked. The insurance company sent my vehicle to Kenny ****. The coordinator was polite, informative and professional. However, upon picking up my ***** XC60, I heard wind. Anyone who owns a *****, Jag, ****** etc, knows part of the luxury(and price) is that you CANNOT HEAR THE OUTSIDE!!! I returned to Kenny **** to complain of this. The coordinator took it pack to service. When I returned she said she drove it down the long street and heard nothing. She must not own or have driven other *****s. I was closing on a home in VA at the time so I had to accept the vehicle despite my concerns about the hearing wind. Upon arriving in VA, I asked a salesman to take a look - he isnt service- that was on me. He did not see anything. This location was lack luster so I took my vehicle to another ***** dealership!!! Thank all the dieities for **** from *****************!!! He noticed right away and upon taking the door apart to look inside , he was horrified at the shoddy work!!! Rails were bent, screws missing, whole parts missing, stripped bolts and the list goes on. A picture is worth a thousand words but a video with explanation is worth its weight in gold. Unfortunately I cant upload the video but I included the photos. This will cost upwards of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix as the current door is unsalvageable! As I close, I contacted the office manager, *********************. never return call or email. Now I see the unfortunate characteristics are pervasive. This place will tell you whatever and put band aids in order to get the money and you out the door!! BEWARE!!!

I wish I would have came to this page to look at reviews before allowing them to touch my car. I was recommended by another mechanic that I had to take my car to a dealership to get the steering wheel fixed. They charged me $500 for an alignment, tire rotation, and tire remounting, after having my car for several hours. Then they had the audacity to go through my glove box (they left something from the glove box on my floor, that's how I know). PLEASE NEVER take your car here even if it's your last resort like mine. I know dealerships always cost more, but also going through my glove box when I didn't authorize it?! unprofessional. Their day will come soon.

Dont ever take your car there. They had mine for approximately 3 months. When I finally got it back the gas tank leaked like Niagara Falls. Had to have it towed back. They have now had it for over 2 weeks. Bad job to begin with now I am made to wait till they correct their mistakes. They also dont return phone calls.

I was rear ended on 5/29/23, I brought my 2022 RAV4 to Kenny **** collision due to a recommendation alongside the fact they were State Farm approved, (the other driver at faults insurance carrier). I had my vehicle delivered May 9th, they began to tear it apart and assess the damages. I inquired about which parts would be used and spoke to ****** over the phone. ****** gave me a little bit of a hassle once we got to the bumper bar, which was a used part from a salvage yard. I told him I would not accept the work done if they were to utilize used parts, he began to explain to me he had to do it that way because State Farm said so, I told him I had read the fine print and I could be liable for the difference of price*, and that was fine but to figure out the difference in parts then get back to me. He had called back and informed me the new parts were in fact cheaper. I had requested a copy of the estimate after this time, which I was sent the wrong copy. It felt rather deceptive at the time, however it was just poor communication. I had came in person to resolve the issue. All I asked was for a copy of the estimate to clarify the parts being used in the repair, now ***** is explaining the backend relationship between Kenny **** and State Farm. I ultimately have the choice in which parts go on my car, and they have a contractual agreement to return my vehicle to the state which it was before the accident. They did not, I got my vehicle back and the trunk had dirt in the paint, the rear bumper is loose, the quarter panel wasnt clipped in. ***** told me Youre at the mercy of the plastic they attempted to repair the vehicle once, returned it in very similar condition to the first repairs they did. I did not accept that work. *** the manager now was the only person I could talk to, and he told me I could effectively stay and babysit his techs while they did the work if I wasnt satisfied. That was absolutely absurd so I have now switched to a new body shop.

The following is a statement from our Body Shop Manager, *********************, regarding the matter opened by *****************************:

I first became aware that ****************** was not satisfied with the completed repairs when my writer asked for my involvement.

I spoke with ****************** and looked at his vehicle with him. ****************** was not happy with the fit of his rear bumper cover and wheel opening moldings. There was a slight space between the rear bumper and the quarter panels, which is typical once the bumper cover has been removed. You have a plastic bumper snapping into plastic retainers and once removed they loosen up slightly. In most of these instances, an owner does not notice the slight difference. ****************** did notice and voiced his dissatisfaction. ****************** also had the same complaint with the rear wheel opening moldings.

I agreed and let ****************** know that I would order new retainers and have him come back in to have them replaced, at which time we provided a car for ****************** to use for the day. We removed the bumper and replaced the retainers and the wheel opening moldings which did resolve the issue.

****************** returned to pick the vehicle up and agreed that those issues were resolved but he still was not happy indicating that the sides of the bumper seemed loose. ****************** said that he is knowledgable about vehicles and looked underneath and stated that there were clips missing from the rear splash shield.  I had the splash ******* removed when we replaced the retainers and I had inspected them and found no damage to them. ****************** insisted that they were damaged. In an effort to satisfy ****************** and have him happy with the repairs, I agreed to order new splash *******. What I told him was that when the parts arrive, I would call him.

****************** could come in and we would look at the parts together and compare the new parts with the ones that were on his car. If there was any difference between them or anything missing from the new parts that he could wait while we installed them. They only take a couple of minutes to replace so if we needed to, we could replace them right then while he waited. ****************** was agreeable to this when he left. Never did I tell him that he would have to supervise the technician to make sure it was done correctly.

I ordered the new splash ******* the same day and received them the next day, which I believe was late Friday. When I arrived at work on Monday, I noticed that the ***************** had cancelled my repair assignment. I called them and asked why the assignment was cancelled as we had already fixed the damages. They advised that ****************** called them telling them that he was not happy with the way his vehicle was being repaired and that he was taking it somewhere else to have his concerns addressed.

****************** did not inform me on the new situation. I already had the parts in question here at the shop. ****************** was not happy with the appearance of the repair when he came to pick his vehicle up but I was doing everything I could to correct his complaints and satisfy him.

I never refused to help ******************. I never told ****************** that there was nothing that could be done. I never advised ****************** to take his car and leave. I was doing everything I could to satisfy ****************** and he decided to go another route. ******************** vehicle was repaired as per the estimate that was submitted to his ***************** and ****************** received everything that was billed to him.

I gave them a price for my trade and cash for a new Bronco. I was told several times that, "I am confident that we can get you into that Bronco for that price." So I drove 2 hours to get there all excited and was told that my trade in plus double of what I was told to get into that Bronco. They never even tried to deal with me. And asked to see the Texts messages that I was sent because they did not believe me... LIES LIES LIES
