    Avoid this practice at ALL costs! The only good thing I could say is they fit you in quickly. But at the expense of others! I need 2 extractions and have anxiety, which is why I was referred to a surgeon. I called on Fri, my appointment was made for Mon. I sat in the packed room for over an hour. I was called back for x-rays, then they said "Oh, there's not any rooms open". When I was called back again, I sat in the room for over 30 min waiting to see the DR. ***** was a glove on the floor by the door, ****** gauze left in the trash can, and the entire arm of the dental seat was broken off. When the doctor finally came in, he was the only 1 to have courtesy. Although he said he was "overbooked" and was quick with me. Never looked in my mouth or at my chart. I was given an appt for surgery the next day. Never given any pre op instructions (e.g. don't eat the night before, don't take meds morning of, have a driver). I arrived the next morning early to my appt, like asked. After sitting there for over a hour (keep in mind you can't eat/drink after midnight), I heard other people stating their surgery was scheduled for the exact same time. ***** was a sign on the wall stating they only had 1 surgeon. I asked the front desk if they really only had 1 surgeon and scheduled multiple people for the same time. **** said yes. We found out that 5 patients were scheduled for *********************************************** diff rooms. So 1 DR is going to run back and 4th between 5 rooms and hope something doesn't go seriously wrong with 1? I also heard them tell multiple patients that they had to reschedule, because they don't accept their insurance on Tues. **** sent out patients that were still loopy, drooling, blood on them, crying, and had them stay at the front desk. How embarrassing. Needless to say, I left with fear for my safety! This practice is rude, unprofessional, dirty, unsafe, extremely impersonal, and apparently tries to commit insurance fraud. Stay far away!!!

    Worst dentist, don't waste your time. Find another dentist office. My appointments have been canceled at the last minute 5 times at the very last minute. DR. Jackson, is unreliable and so is his team. Today my appointment again was canceled and I did not receive a call. I drove an hour to get here, the front desk people do not do there job. WARNING!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

    We were told SmileKrafters were no longer taking my sons insurance in the fall, we had to switch to another provider. The office only has appointment during school (and work) hours. My mother took him to his last appointment, they sent my son home with a HANDWRITTEN invoice, stating his next visit to come with over $1,000.00. In December he was to have another appointment, however, the doctor needed to cancel. The office informed me they would call me to reschedule. Weeks past, no call. I reached out to the office, to my surprise it now only goes to an answering service. They let me know the next available appointment to be seen for existing braces would be 6 months later! I told him, he has broken pieces in his mouth cutting him, and to inquire about the handwritten bill. I was to get a call back about the broken pieces, never did. I called multiple times. Finally, I demanded to have a call back within 24 business hours..... No call - that was April. My son's appointment is June 15th. TODAY (June 6th) I get a text from SmileKrafters informing the insurance (they had me switch) is no longer covered. I called the answering service, to be told he DOES NOT have an appointment AT ALL! I let SmileKrafters know my son has BROKEN PIECES CUTTING HIS MOUTH SINCE JANUARY. He was to get his braces off this month, and now NO APPOINTMENT. I have a confirmation text! So, I guess not only must a single mother take off every 6 weeks to take their child to the orthodontist responsibly as you should (and the child misses' school EVERY 6 WEEKS!) I now need to leave work early to go speak face to face for answers.... PARENTS WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN - PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! WE ARE STUCK WITH BROKEN METAL IN MY SONS MOUTH, AND NO HELP!!!

    I would give a zero, but that is not an option. My daughter was told she was going to be put to sleep to have her two wisdom teeth pulled. Not only did they lie to her and say they were going to do this but they did some “local sedation”. Except, my daughter felt everything. When she told them of this, she was told to sit still and shut up as they continued the procedure and they had to even cut through her gums to get the teeth out. They even told her father and I that she might be in so much pain due to personal issues. She has had two other wisdom teeth pulled before and never experienced this type of screw up before. Never use this place. It should be shut down!

    Brought a client to two different appointments that ended up being rescheduled. Drove an hour each way. They said they called to reschedule, but there is nothing on the call log. Also, they blamed it on their call center.

    I have been trying to get a consultation since December 2022 . It’s now April 17th 2023 and still unable to. Each appointment is cancelled and rescheduled upon arrival! ADA urgently needs to do something about this business and it’s Dentists/Administrative Staff.

    This business is very careless in how they handle situations with patients and extremely unprofessional. We were suppose to hear back from the business on whether insurance approved the request for braces, I would call for status after the 6 to 8 weeks as told, nothing as they claimed. I continued to call for status, nothing supposedly. I decided to take it upon myself to call the insurance and the insurance states they never received anything from the office and it only takes them 2 weeks to make a decision. I called the office in regards to what was said and wanted to speak with a manager and have yet to hear back 2 weeks later. 5 months wasted because this business does not have competent employees that know what they are doing and don't know how to handle these types of situations. I called the office today and they said they can "rush the request" but my daughter has to retake x-rays because someone did not do their job correctly. This business should not be running if this is a continual problem. I now have to search for a different orthodontist and wait more time again.

    We made an appointment for my daughter to get cavities filled. We gave our insurance information at the time of scheduling. We then called DAILY trying to move the appointment up, finally we succeeded for the appointment today. Yesterday we were asked again to confirm insurance info, and all was said to be ok. Paperwork was filled out online (again, with insurance info). Imagine the surprise when we took off work and pulled my daughter out of school for this appointment because YOU decided to stop taking our insurance!! Mind you I got your dentist office info from my insurance company and got confirmation FROM YOU there was no problem!!! Not only did we get turned away, but we were given no other options, such as paying out of pocket or your alternative “insurance” option. I am livid, you run a terrible practice where patients can’t even reach your office and have to speak with a call center! My daughter NEEDS these services and needed this appointment today. You wasted my time and you’d charge me for missing an appointment, I believe you should provide compensation for being incompetent.
