            -The Escape was taken to RCE Automotive Services who stated that it would not take longer than 14 days. The time frame was over 1 month. I understand that things happen, however they failed to communicate with me. When I simply asked for an update, I was rudely replied to in a manner that made me extremely uncomfortable to even ask anything. I was told things such as "I should prepare myself for things like this and to borrow a vehicle off a friend or a relative. In this economy, who has vehicles to lend out? I do not have much family around this area even to ask. . -I was told that the Escape would not take long (see communication through ******** messenger). Was told multiple times that the Escape was almost completed, however was not kept informed of repair.-When I made contact with company, I was responded rudely and things were said that never should be said to a customer.-Paperwork with Easy Pay Finance was signed for by RCE Automotive Services.-I was not told beforehand regarding the transmission cooler. When asked for the price, I was told no more than $100. Was responding to in a negative manner when asked for exact price.-Was given bill for transmission beforehand. Final bill was different and when I asked the secretary/owner, she replied with "I made a mistake.. Haven't you ever made a mistake?" -Was treated inappropriately/negatively in a way that no customer should ever be spoken to by a business.-Had to get a car rental for baseball practices due to not having car back.

            Took my car to them in March of 2022. Was quoted one price then as work commenced the price was doubled. Installed an engine. Violated the engine suppliers warranty by installing a non OEM engine. Picked up car July 28th. Engine blew on the 30th. Had car towed back to garage. Was told that I would have to supply a new engine out of pocket and he would give me a discount on labor.
