    Bought a washer and dryer upon starting the washer 3/10/25 after it was delivered it was leaking all the water out that was going into the machine I tried calling them with no answer my husband called right after I hung up and he got an answer the washer still leaks after he "fixed" it. Went to dry the clothes and there was no heat at all he came tuesday morning to fix the heating which he luckily fixed and I mentioned about how there is still water leaking out of the washer and showed him a video of the washer and the noise it was making he said he would send me pictures tuesday of other washers and he would take the one he delivered monday and deliver another one and took him a whole day to send the pictures after he said he would send the pictures the same day. He said Wednesday that he would come at 10 am this morning I messaged him this morning at 930am to verify he was on his way he answered me at almost 10 saying he is leaving their store now which is an hour away told us he would be at our house at now 11:10 then 5 minutes before he was supposed to be there he then said he would be there before 12 which is the time me and my husband have to leave to get to work on time which we did express to them multiple times already and we can't keep calling out of work. He said he would come Saturday to take the washer and dryer back at 1030 and never showed then changed it to he will come now tuesday 3/18 at 1030 and once again never showed then told my husband he would transfer him back the money about 3 hours ago and now they are refusing to answer us through text message or phone call. This place is a joke do not shop here

    I had a terrible experience with Wendy at Tito’s Appliance. She sold me a stove that was already broken, and when I tried to get it repaired under the 4-month warranty, she refused to honor it. I’ve been trying to reach her for weeks, but she’s been unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be stuck with a defective product, especially when I was promised it would be covered. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store, and certainly not dealing with Wendy.

    My daughter purchased a washer from this business on 11/9/24. It ran through 2 loads and started smoking. They say they offer a 4 month warranty. They called to report the problem, Titos sent a repair man out on Tuesday 11/12/24 which verified they would swap out the washer with another. It was to be delivered Thursday 11/14/24 at 3pm, they never showed, never called. Finally they answered the phone and said it would then be delivered Saturday 11/16/24, the entire day passed, no washer. They then said it would be delivered 11/18/24 by 3pm. It was delivered by 4:30, worked through the test run and 4 other washes until it smoked again and you can see the rubber gasket is melting and burning. The washer smells like smoke. I tried texting the number listed for this business as the woman did reply to that yesterday when I asked to confirm delivery. After I reported this problem, my blue texts are now green & when I call the number, it goes directly to voice mail. This is NOT a reputable business and I would advise anyone headed there to go elsewhere. We are now out $350 and have no working washer. If it was possible to click zero stars, that would be the proper star rating.
