  I sent in a semi-rimless frame to have lenses the replaced. It was returned to me exactly as I had ordered. I don't have a strong *** but I am very picky when it comes to glasses. I ordered Trivex, Transition, Progressive lenses. The *** fitting height and PD were perfect. After seeing some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to order from VS, but they certainly treated me right. I usually use another lab, but with the lenses I wanted, VS beat the price hands down.I had also bought a few safety frames from them in the past. All of them were received on time. Now that have seen the quality of their work, I would use them again.

We strive very hard to make a quality product and a good price and try to satisfy our customers. We have made mistakes, but if they were our errors, we corrected them and fixed them.   Zero customer service. Purchased prescription safety glasses that do not fit. Was told they were special order, no returns. Did not even offer me a store credit. $252 for glasses that I cannot wear. This is their business, and only business, sell glasses online. They’re are more options so please use this review as a warning.

  We again thank you for the order! As stated in our previous conversation, we shipped you the exact product that you ordered and they are special made PRESCRIPTION glasses. The lenses cannot be used for anything else and get thrown away. We can issue a refund for the frames and if you wish offer a special price for a new pair of glasses. We certainly stand by our product line and if we make the mistake would rectify immediately, but we made up the exact specialty pair of glasses as per your request and they were made as exactly ordered.

  Zero stars!!! Zero stars!!! Ok, for first. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One cheaper,($78.24.) Second pair was($234.00.) We paid separate shipping for each pair. Understanding the more expensive pair would take time. And also with the understanding the less expensive pair would arrive within 7 to ten days, per your website. After three and a half weeks we called your company and had discouragement. VS Eyewear explained that their lab was behind. And had not started production. At that time we asked for a refund. They blatantly denied the refund, saying lenses were in process and once they were in process there was no refund. Finally after five weeks of waiting. And listening to factitious and belittling responses from Mike D***** and Tara D*****. I received one pair of glasses (the cheaper ones.) That were to order. The more expensive ones were most definitely not! We ordered the same size for both. And recieved not that. This company is seething with incompetence. And knowing the arrogance of the owners of this company, and having the displeasure of concordance. I doubt that they have the ability to reconcile. If anyone has questions or concerns about my review. ************ ********** . I have all related correspondences and receipts. To fortify my anger towards VS Eyewear.   Thanks again for the order and we are very sorry about the delay! If we came across arrogant in our answers we apologize for that, but we try our hardest to service to the best of our abilities each and every customer and we take pride in our customer care. This delivery was horrible, agreed, but we didn't have two separate orders, we had one order. The first order you placed on the 17th was a credit card decline. The other order was placed together and one of the items was a specialty frame with real glass lenses. Also you mentioned the sizing being different and that is true because the two frames that were ordered are different sizes. We ended up shipping the glasses overnight to save some of the delay as well, but again it was a poor delivery.

  Ordered safety glasses and got an order conformation. Then after a while I got an email saying the company they get their frames from had equipment problems and my order would be late. After a while I got another email saying the company who grinds their lenses also had equipment problems and my order would be delayed again. When the glasses finally arrived they did not fit. The frames were so far off that when I tried to wear them the lenses were actually up against my eye lids! I emailed them for a refund they said they could refund me for the frames but not the lenses. I said, no I want a complete refund because they were totally useless and they should of expected some problems following all the equipment failures they told me of. Then they completely stopped responding to my emails. I am going to see if I can do something about canceling my payment.

  I would give less than one star. I ordered a pair of glasses on December 13, 2022. Received an order acknowledgement email. Nothing after that except emails trying to sell more. When I called the service number no one answers. Starting the process with PayPal to get my money back. Beware!

  I would give this company less than one star if I could. The online website did not work correctly to place an order. It gave me an obscure billing error. I tried twice using two different credit cards and finally had to call in my order. I did receive the item I ordered the next week but then also got fraudulent charges on both credit cards! I only used both credit cards at this site ever. When I call the company to discuss this issue, I just get a voicemail.
