  Auto Safe Trucking LLC used PA Express for vehicle transport, my vehicle was supposed to arrive Jan 5th 2023, then I was told it would be delivered no later then Jan 6 2020. The driver ******* a truck broke down in Alabama he was supposed to call me update me with new time of delivery which he did not the ********* Company has to inform me. When I ask if there would be money taken off of the 1200 dollar delivery fee I was told NO and its not the end of the world if you get your vehicle a few days late. Do not use this company you will be very disappointed. As of today Jan 7th 2023 I still have no vehicle or time of arrival.

  I used PA Express to transport my vehicle from VA to Las Cruces NM.  The truck driver had several issues with his truck breaking down, my vehicle was picked up on December 30th, 2022 and was to be delivered in 4 days.
  
  The truck driver had several issues with his truck breaking down he was stuck in Dallas Tx area for days, the vehicle was 9 days late for arrival then when it was delivered it was 2345 pm at night.  I was still charged the $1200 dollar delivery fee

  even though it was not my fault that his truck kept breaking down.  I can understand acts of GOD such as wrecks, snow, ice on roads, etc, but for his truck to keep breaking down is not my Responsibility for his truck to keep running, it's the drivers, this driver would not communicate with me and when he did he was rude, this company is HORRIBLE to deal with/.  My experience with them was awful, I wll never us this company to transport my vehicle again.  There is no reviews on BBB site about this business so I hope my complaint makes it to the site for other customers to review before using this company, so customers please ask your auto broker that you are using to hire trucing transportation for vehicles who they are choosing before you sign any contract with the brokers or anyone else, they will tell you a slight delay may occur and to me a slight delay in receiving your vehicle is not 9 days that is no slight delay.

  I use PA Express LLC company to transport a vehicle from state of VA to NM, this company picked up my vehicle on 12/30/22 from the dealer ship.  My vehicle was only going to take 4 days to deliver,  The truck drivers truck kept breaking down, he was broke down again in the Dallas Texas area for days, my vehicle finally arrived 9 days later, I was still charged with the fee of  $1200 dollars, I understand that things happen such as Acts of God snow, ice, hurricanes etc..  But it is not the customers responsibility to keep the truckers truck in good running condition to make it across country it's their'.  If you want to have another trucking company go get your vehicle from the truck drive that is broken down you are expected to pay not only the first driver but the second driver the fee of $12200.00.  A slight delay of your vehicle being delivered is not 9 days later.  I would never use this company again my exp was HORRIBLE, the truck driver was very rude when speaking on the phone, the trick driver never communicated with me on his trick breaking down all the time.  So consumers if you choose to transport vehicles and use a broker to hire your truck transportation before you ever sign the contact ask who the truck transportation is review them.  I would like to have my $1200 dollar fee refunded or at least receive 1/2 back due to the vehicle being 9 days late because the truck driver could not keep his truck going.  Once the vehicle did arrive it was 1145 pm at night.
