  02/22/25 at 12:05pm I walk to the front building near the parking lot and I was Security officers and metal detectors so I wait and make sure nobody is waiting on me because Im checking my pockets to make sure I have everything metal out my pocket so I get beep to the detectors. 5 seconds went by and a White Security Guard look over 6ft tall and maybe between late 20s and early 30s told me to come by the detectors in which I was like okay and went through. I got my keys, phone and was ready to enter the casino until I hear that Security being angry about me taking my time saying I dont know people enter and scare to come by the metal detectors. I turn around and look at him like what did I do wrong? Im trying to make it easier for the security guards to make sure I dont have any metal in my pockets and that only Security Guards was bother by me obeying the rules.

  Just wanted to make a correction 440 RACEHORSE DEATHS just at parx. I mistakenly put 40 on my complaint but it is 440 just sickening!!! ANIMAL abuse is a crime where is the arrest and punishment and why are they just getting away with it while also taking 11% of the tax money for horseracing industry benefit 5 % for schools 2% for agriculture and 11% for racehorse training and apparently abuse. This place just thinks we are stupid it's customers are stupid guinea pigs to be robbed and treated poorly. Oversight is a giant scam as well I am going to write 440 letters and ask for 440 investigations and the law is the law so why are they even still allowed to operate killing horses with their greedy garbage murder track? Look up the article and tell me what is any good about this soulless toxic social diseased dump!!

  November 2, 2024 5pm I walked in the business and the man was being rude that check IDs, saying that is this your twin on your ID because that dont look like you. I said no its me I just lost weight , he then scans it, it comes back a legit ID and he calls someone else to look at it. I said why are you treating me like this and giving me a hard time, I said I come here all the time and Ive never had this issue. I then asked them to stop being racist towards me. I lost ******************************************************************************* They were just rude and racist, including the supervisor that they called over. He walked up from the beginning with an attitude. You are suppose to make the situation better not worst then he said you cant come inside at all. I then proceeded to call the police. They came I made a report and they also went to talk to the workers. They told the cops I was banned for 24 hours for having an attitude. When was it a crime to have an attitude I didnt break any laws. This is racism at its finest. The cop couldnt understand why they did this , he then went on to say because the business is privately owned its not much the police can do and to file a report.

  Complete thieves, Ive been noticing lately. Its been all scam. All the machines are broken, They dont help you with anything when theres an issue, machines are stealing money something isnt right

  The gaming floor personnel have always been professional and helpful. Slot attendants are quick when you hit a hand pay and Ive never had to wait for one to show up. I love the high limit room where a $50 min blackjack bet allows you to ****** in a quieter and less cramped environment. I find their players card structure to be ok. Keeping up with individual players buy ins and bets placed needs to be looked closer. My average bet of $70-$100 on blackjack gets me little in return for comps. Bathrooms are always clean and attended. I like that they have places to get hand sanitizers and wipes throughout the establishment.

  This site is unimaginably terrible. I couldn't get bonus spins. No hits. I blocked myself from their site immediately before they stole anymore of my money. I wouldn't advise anybody to download this and play. It's by far the worst casino I've ever played.

  When trying to cash 2 vouchers at the *****, we were told they were already cashed, which is impossible, they collect vouchers when cashed in!! Made us feel like criminals and customer service is also horrible 1

  Wish I could leave a half star review so lets get down to brass tacks. **** claimed to not be affiliated with either physical location after trying to intimidate me regarding my use of their public bonus codes (i.e. using promo codes for free play when attending a flyers game in person, eagles promos, holiday and birthday money. All of which has never once been of more value than $10 to me personally. Gotta wonder if anyone has ever won $76 after a sixers win though??), saying that I will be stripped of the privilege to use them if I dont change my way when I mentioned losing over $100k on-site they told me they have no affiliation with the physical casinos really? I didnt realize that even something as little as a trademark licensing arrangement would be considered having no affiliation certainly sounds pretty affiliated. Despite my assumptions that make me think that theyre closely affiliated, they denied it more than once. Whatever I saw another complaint on here regarding the same schtuff, and its become painfully clear that they are no longer the heavyweight in Pa (best payouts in the state). ***** be hearing from my attorney about your frequent mishandling of data that includes info regarding related to PII AND financial data.Please dont bother defending yourself with an absurd response here. I wont be checking back lol

  Parx casino is one of the worst places to play their customer service and taking care of their customers respecting them is way out of existence of normal customer service to customer service manager the host of the slot manager he is a very mean guy his name is Wade he looks to pick what customers throw them out of the casino for no apparent reasons I was thrown out for 48 hours for doing nothing because I watch people play sometimes I watch some of the high rollers play I play a lot myself in high limit but my friend and I were thrown out for 48 hours for no reason I have been coming and particular for 15 years and I can't believe that the slot host manager through me and my friend out last night and he had no reason I want to file a complaint I was embarrassed and ashamed I believe it's discrimination I need someone to talk to about it whether it's a lawyer casino control commission I want to file a complaint because we were ejected out for 48 hours for no reason at all absolutely no reason at all we don't do anything wrong there we play there almost every day and we don't understand why we were singled out slot manager holster his name is Wade I met him years ago when he was a worker and he seemed to be a very nasty guy then when I had to deal with him with a bad payout for the machines and now he is slot manager and he comes off as pretty nasty and mean my friend and I need help we have watched him constantly pick with certain people he told me that I was not allowed to sit with one of my friends who I met and watch her play when she always agrees and likes that I sit and watch her play
