  This is my 5-STAR rating that is actually a reversed rating from a previous 1-Star rating I submitted for Buccos Roofing. Buccos installed gutter guard on my home on May 9, 2022. I was unhappy and upset with the installation and problems I was having so I contacted them on July 1, 2024. A project manager of Buccos, Manny, also upset me when he ignored my calls and didn't try to work to get my problem resolved. Only because of an alert, very conscientious employee, Mike Davidson, did my problem get noticed. Mike, a warranty manager, contacted me when he noticed my negative 1-Star review on BBB. Within no time, he had a repair technician, Ethan Boyd, at my home correcting my gutter guard problem. I have only positive feedback for Mike and Ethan. They were great! Because of them, I definitely recommend Buccos Roofing once again! FOR ALL YOUR ROOFING NEEDS!

  Buccos Roofing put a new roof on my home, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very first meeting, *****, the sales rep, was professional and knowledgeable, explaining all my options and answering every question I had. He made sure I felt comfortable with the process and knew exactly what to expect. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently, paying close attention to detail throughout the installation. They took great care to protect my property, and at the end of each day, the site was cleaned up thoroughly. It was clear they took pride in their work. The quality of the roof itself is fantastic—it looks great, and I feel confident knowing it was installed by such a skilled team. Buccos Roofing went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right, and their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s reliable, professional, and dedicated to excellence, look no further than Buccos Roofing. I highly recommend them!

  DO NOT HIRE BUCCOS ROOFING! Hired them to put a roof on and they destroyed our home. We spent 7 months in a hotel. The owners of the company suggested insurance fraud after they didn't want to claim the damage on their insurance because they didn't want their premiums to go up. Awful! Try explaining to your 1year old and 7 year old that santa might be able to find you in the hotel room. Sad. We spent every major holiday in a tiny room. No tree, no room for presents. These people are terrible ....they've disrupted our lives in a major way. 3 floors of our home was destroyed because of them. I am a real customer writing a real review. A lot of these good reviews on here are from people they " exchange services " with. They are not all true. They sent a group of Hispanic non English speaking men to my house, ripped the whole roof off and didn’t tarp is knowing we had torrential rains coming. It rained for 25 hours in my house. The whole while I couldn’t get in touch with ANY of them because they were on vacation in the Caribbean all the while. Then none of them knew how to handle anything. I suggested they call their dads and ask for help. Sheesh. It was a nightmare. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. beware they do terrible business. After years I’m still dealing with court dates and waiting for my deductible to return to me and me and my family were the victims. It’s sad.

  I used Buccos in the past a few years ago for another property. At that time, our experience was great. Now we had another need at a different property so we called Buccos. ****** was the salesman who came out this time and he was unprepared. I requested samples be brought to our home and he was unable to provide any. He also was unable to answer many questions. When he did send the quote, it did not include all the specific work we requested and he indicated he forgot. It was not a good experience as I had to request information several times. Still wanting to give Buccos a chance from our previous experience, I asked for a manager to call me. I was connected to *** who I hoped would be more helpful. This ended up not being the case. His communication was rude and condescending. I asked him if my having questions was frustrating him as his tone was extremely unprofessional. Money spends all over town and I will never give another dime of our money to them based on the interactions with ****** and ***. My husband and I were appaulled. You would think a company would cherish repeat customer opportunites. Our experience thus time was horrible and very unprofessional. I do not recommend them.

  ******* lied to me from the beginning.They did inferior work, that has not yet been resolved.They had illegals on my roof doing the work - after promising that no subcontractors would be used. They lied to get the business - they lied after .No star rating.
