  I moved to prosper apartments on Nov. 1, 2021. Shortly after moving in I began having symptoms of an unknown allergy that progressively got worse. By March 6, 2022, I realized the problem to be mold behind my bedroom wall. I found termites coming out of a hole in My bedroom wall. After stabbing hole I found a black substance with microscopic bugs attached. I notified management and corporate. ******************* and ************************* came to inspect bur only after ***** scolded me for notifying corporate. They insisted it was only a termite problem and would have someone come spray. That afternoon ****** pest came and also made a big deal that I only had termites. After looking at hole in wall he whispered to ***** and I was told they'd be back to cover hole. They did and left without spraying. A week later termites appeared again and it was only then I got pest control. Still no one will address possible mold. I took grew mold samples that I sent to pro lab. Results showed 3 types of mold, 2 of which known to cause asthma and possible lung damage. I had been in contact with *********************** at corporate and she too was unwilling to help. By end of April I was handed off to *********************,regional manager, who came to visit. I gave him pictures, lab results and time line of what occurred. He has someone come in to put in a uv light and said when they fixed my windows he'd have his contractor look behind window casing. Windows replaced because there was no seals. He said no they were just going to paint that there was no reason to look behind wall. ************ took over dlp property division in June. Have yet to identify who these people are. It's my understanding that a landlord is responsible to provide a safe and healthy living environment and should address issues such as this I continue to send emails and now get no response. They continue to compromise my health by ignoring the issue of mold. Any help would be aporeciated.
