      I had a previous subscription to Horoscope Guide and stopped receiving my issues. Was told there was an issue with faulty labels falling off. Received 1 issue for October so thought problem was resolved so reviewed my subscription. Check for 63.00 sent on 8/23/22 which was posted by Kappa on 8/29/22. No magazine. Contacted Kappa 10/5/22 told no payment was received. Got copy of check from bank forwarded copy to Kappa. Got got email saying sorry and subscription would resume in 6-8 weeks. APPARENTLY FROM EMAIL DATE NOT THE DATE THEY CASHED MY CHECK!! Numerous calls, no magazine. Now 12/7/22 told I would not be receiving a copy until MARCH 23O0. Obviously much longer than the 6- 8 weeks as stated in their email to me, more like 6 - 8 months from when they took my money.

Kappa has undergone transitioning of out sourcing the subscription data base to a Company named ******, due this transition they are unable to produce labels from our subscription files to mail the magazines. 

      Due to this unforeseen problem customers are upset, disgruntled and cancelling their subscription/s due to this hold/delay on our subscription files in receiving their magazines, in which unfortunately Kappa has no control over this unfortunate situation. We remain hopeful, ****** will find a resolution in solving this matter soon. 

      Subscribers will remain on file and will resume from last issue served; preexisting and renewals. We do apologize for any inconvenience and dissatisfactory this may have caused. 

      Good News!! ****** has figured out some solution to this dilemma and label are now being produced, unfortunately it will take a few more months to get caught-up with the rearranges. All subscriptions will be extended of extra months due to this delay. 

      As per **** ***** request, we have therefore enclosed her refund check. With this letter in your files, we do consider the matter resolved.

      I wish to make a complaint about Kappa Publishing Co. regarding one of their publications that I subscribe to called Horoscope Guide. This is a monthly magazine that is mailed out by bulk mail. I have not received the Nov. or Dec. issues yet, and they claim they were mailed out a month in advance (Sept. 30 for the Nov. issue and Oct. 30 for the Dec. issue). My post office in Havertown, Pa. has not received them, and I filed a publication watch with them. I renewd my subscription in Sept. for 2023, and my check was cashed. Repeated phone calls to Kappa Publishing Co. have not produced any results, and they claim they don't have any more copies to send to me. I really rely on the information contained in this magazine,and am very anoyed with their attitude. The last Horoscope Guide magazine I received was in Oct.2022. Thank you for any help that you can provide. ********************* **********************

      I sent a money order to kappa publishing on August 10, 2022 for a bargain pack of word search books with hidden messages they cashed it on August 19th, to date after calling repeatedly I still haven't received them.

      I experienced an error in the Large Print Word-Finds Volume 367, page 40, NO VOWELS EXCEPT "Y" - Puzzle #**.For the word, Hymn, there is no word find. I even checked on page 105 and confirmed the error.The publisher responded, "Thank you for your message. It has been sent. We Will respond within 2 business days." That was 2 weeks ago, and I have never heard from them again.

      I sent a check in to Kappa Publishing for $39.00 for 12 issues of large print numbers fill-in puzzles. The check was dated July 31st and cashed a week later. I have not received an issue yet. I've called five times and emailed a copy of the check to Kappa, because they said they had not received my check. The first time I called they said they would send the books in two weeks, the second time they said four weeks, the next time I called they said they would send the books in two mouths. I would like a refund of $39.00. I don't believe I will ever get what I ordered.

      I received a special holiday gift offer from Kappa Publishing in the mail in Oct 2021 for a buy one get one at half price offer for the Games World of Puzzles. The subscription price was $29.95 fo 9 issues and a second gift half off for $14.98. I sent a check in on 23 Oct 21 for a friend and my husband to receive the other subscription. The amount was $44.93. My friend never received a a magazine nor did my husband. I wrote to them on March 29, 2022. .I received a response on Apr 21st saying they didn't see an active account and could I provide more information. I provided two responses back (asked twice by different agents) with my name and the recipient information and a picture of my cancelled check (I only get images). In May, they wrote saying they had a problem with fulfillment from USPS and they would be mailed shortly. She said in the meantime, here is a web site that I may be interested in. Pretty hard to do puzzles with a web site. I followed up in Aug and Sep and never received responses. I did ask for a full refund on two occasions. As of today, I haven't heard from them.

      I mailed a check in the amount of $39.00 to Kappa Publishing in August 2021 to renew my subscription for their Find & Circle Jumbo puzzle magazine. I only ever received 2 issues out of the 13 I paid for so, basically I paid $19.50 per magazine. I called in January 2022, I was told either the issues I hadn't received would be sent or additional months would be added to the end of my subscription, I never received any additional issues. I called again in February 2022, I was told a refund would be sent to me, would take 3 to 4 weeks, I didn't receive a refund. Called again in April 2022, person I talked to could see that a refund request had been submitted & she would check into it, I still received no refund. I called again in June 2022, requested to speak to a supervisor, person who answered stated she was the supervisor. She also could see that a refund request for $36.00 had been requested and she would see to it that the refund was sent, I should wait 3 to 4 weeks & she would also reinstate my subscription, I should expect the first issue in July. It is now almost September and I have received neither a refund check nor an issue of the magazine.

      I had received an email from the BBB regarding the subject complaint asking if I had heard from Kappa Publishing.  At the time I had not and responded that I hadn't.  I don't know if this is the way to inform you, but I felt I should let you know that I did receive a check in the mail for the $36.00 this past Saturday, Oct 8, 2022.  I saw no way to enter that info on the complaint record.  Thank you for your assistance, I very much appreciate it.

      subscribed to magazine Games World of Puzzles on 1/24/22. Never received any issues. Canceled subscription on 4/27/22 asked for refund. No refund received. repeated calls to the customer service number go nowhere. when a customer service member picks up I am directed to call a different number which loops back to the customer service person. there is 'no special refund department'. emails and messages not responded to. business is not operating in good faith but continually directs me to a department that does not exist, or I can not reach via phone.

      In October 2021 I mailed a check #***** for $85.80 for a subscription for a circle a word leftover letter message puzzle books. My check was cashed by kappa on November 10, 2021. I have never received any of the puzzle books so I contacted kappa and I was told that they had switched to a new system so there was a delay with filling subscriptions. I waited about 2 more months and still never received any puzzle books. I then contacted kappa and they agreed to cancel my subscription and send me a full refund for $85.80. It is now August 10, 2022 and I am still waiting. I have called kappa and written a letter to kappa and I have sent numerous emails requesting that my full refund be sent to me. Now the only response that they will send to me is: Thank you for your email it has been assigned to one of our customer care agents, once your request has been processed we will follow up with an email confirmation. Sincerely, customer care department. I have been getting that same notice for months every time I inquire about receiving my full refund. I feel as if they are now just ignoring me.
