    I would like to state I lived here in ********* this was by far the worst apartment I lived in. It was disgusting when I moved in. My dad, boyfriend and I had to CLEAN it before we moved in, water was freezing and the landlord never ever would respond. Once in a blue moon. We successfully did receive our deposit back and that is the only good thing that came out of this. I would not recommend .

    Doesn't respond to tickets for things to be fixed but they rather respond to you not paying rent. Ceiling falling, ************* all around just slum lords all in all. They take your money and still neglect to fix what needs to be fixed. Take you to court so quick but refuses to fix things. Landlord ****** also loves to LIE & cuss her tenants out. If you know what's best don't rent from these people. They are vile

    One of the worst rental companies I have ever rented from. The whole house had water damage(I have pictures) they covered it all up. I brought up a huge list of maintenance issues and about 2 or 3 were only taken care of. They completely ripped me off on my security deposit bc they didnt tell me they had the matching paint. Charged me multiple times for interest or late payment fees bc of them not paying their bills on time. Charged me wrong amounts and took forever to fix it. When I got my security back even charged me for utilities I paid. I emailed the manager 3 different times and she didnt fix it. They have a garage rented to their maintenance man that uses your utilities and then dont give you the money back. They had a dehumidifier in the basement bc of how much water damage there was (paint was literally peeling off walls in the basement) and they gave me $70 back for a whole year of use on my electricity. Also have videos of the water rushing in the basement from about 7 different spots.My refrigerator went and it took me 5 days to get an answer on it$300 wasted food and the owner wanted to fight with us about itThis company is a complete rip off BEWARE no matter how desperate you are they will rip you off any which way possible!
