    Company says it is a U.S. based company. It is not. It’s cheap Chinese based company. Says product is warehoused in Pennsylvania and shipping is 8-10 days. Well, ordered shoes for relief from pain, on August 30, as of Sept 16 item has not arrived. Being shipped from Wuhan China. Trying to contact company is next to impossible because they do not answer their phones, and when you email them they respond with one sentence answers. The company is a joke

    As of today, 09-27-23 I still have not received the shoes. Comfort wear says they were delivered, which they have not been. They will not refund my monies or trace shipment, or provide a telephone number in order to contact them. The company is a sham.

    saw an online add for shoes to help with plantar fachitis and purchased them, took about a monthe to get these shoes from china, they wore out in a matter of 2 weeks of light walking, was offered a replacement pair, i asked for a black pair of runners instead in a size 10, i just received a red pair and the size is markered out so i cant tell what size they are, i think theyre a 9 cos theyre too small, they are sarcastic and disrespectful in their emails and now i cant get my shoes in black and a size 10 so im stuck with these, they did it on purpose, they office is in the states yet the shoes come from china, they are terribly made and not worth the money i paid

    im not sure if i sent this info, they did send a replacement pair in the wrong colour and size with the size being markered out, am waiting for a new replacement pair now, should be here within a few weeks, they again are coming from china

    Ordered shoes online Sku:********-black-purple-44 for $88.95 on 6/24/23. Sent email on July 19 2023 requesting return for refund. No order number was ever included in purchase confirmation email. Business asked for shoe size ordered and photo of shoes which I provided. On July 20 business replied with the same request. I submitted the requested info again and the business offered discounts if I kept the shoes and still would not process the refund that I attempted to make 3 times. Business website offered free returns within 45 days from purchase.

    I was sucked in to buying a pair of shoes from this company on ********* I should have read the reviews before buying. The shoes came and they do not fit. I want to send them back and get a refund, however, they are stalling. The first thing they wanted was a picture of the shoes with the size showing. I complied. Then they came back and asked "Would you be open to a 30% refund of the order and you get to keep the order? Maybe use it as a gift?...Then you can make another purchase of your size. On top of that, we can give you another 20% discount on your next pair."I said no, I simply want to return them and be refunded my money. Here's their response today, "We understand that you may no longer want to keep the shoes and wish to return them. However, we want to let you know that we are only asking customers to keep the shoes for hygienic purposes, in order to maintain the health and safety of our employees....Instead of retuning the shoes, we would like to offer you a free pair of your preference in exchange for the shoes." This is complete nonsense!

    Purchased The Weekend Ortho Shoe Bundles for $89.95 on June 20, 2023. They finally arrived on July 5, 2003. I ordered a size 11 as their website www.comfortorthowear.com states to order a size up. I tried one shoe on and they were too big, had an awful chemical smell and were rather cheap. Their website said the phone support number ###-###-#### is currently busy and to contact support via email [email protected]. I did that and stated the above and wanted to return the shoes. The website says free returns. I have received and replied to five emails from their "support" person *******. First I had to submit photos of the shoes. Then she offered a 30% refund and suggested I give them away as a gift. Then said they're asking customers to keep the shoes for hygienic reasons and offered me a free pair in exchange. THEN she sends me a *** label because she doesn't want to hassle me with having to pay to return them. The tracking number is invalid, the address is to ***** *** ***** which is really located in TN not Alabama which is on the label. My last email was that I was reporting them to the BBB - they are scammers!

    BBB,

    Attached is another email I received from Comfortwear.  They are threatening me with collections.  As I said in my response, I would love to return the shoes, but there is no way they will ever issue a refund as the address they want customers to send the shoes for donation do not partner with or inspect shoes for this or any company - see message from ***********.  If I send these shoes to the organization, my money is as good as gone.  A donation is a donation.  So Comfortwear doesn't want the shoes back AND wants to keep my money!  I did initiate a dispute with my credit card company and they have issued a temporary chargeback while the investigation is being completed.

    I also attached a .pdf of the Comfortwear return policy on their website.  Note the chargeback verbiage.  They are expecting this exact situation to happen. No company follows up with you to see if you've returned shoes.  I have been wanting to just simply return the shoes and get a refund like a normal transaction since I first received them.  This ******* company's website is criminal and needs to be shut down.

    I placed an order with this company for two pairs of shoes on April 27, 2023, one for myself and one for my brother. Their posts on ******** claimed these shoes helped with neuropathy pain and plantar fasciitis. These shoes do not help with neither. The shoes made our feet hurt so bad that our feet were numb by the time we took the shoes. Our feet even hurt the next day. What this company is doing is false advertisement. I have emailed twice, messaged on ********, and commented on one of their ******** posts. No one from this company will respond to me. I just want to return both pairs of shoes and get a full refund.

    Purchase Date: 9 March 2023 Delivery Date: 18 March 2023 Date of attempted return: 25 March 2023 Price of goods: $50.95 Order #******** I tried to return a pair of shoes that were too big for me which I ordered from Comfort Wear via their website. Using the method provided by Comfort Wear via their website, I sent a request to return my shoes. I received a quick response from customer service, though with an attempt to ignore my request. There was an exchange of several emails with customer service, offering me a partial return or a new pair of shoes, all of which I declined. I continued to ask for a refund and now my request is being met with silence, and no refund. The following quote is from the Comfort Wear website - "We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are top in the industry." I have followed the guidelines set out by Comfort Wear and I have done so within the time frame laid out in their Returns policy, but I no longer receiving communication from them or a refund to my bank account.

    I purchased a pair of sneakers from them online 2/9/23 (order # ********)..I tried the sneakers on and don't like how they feel/fit, I have requested a refund but was denied. I would like this matter investigated. Their website notes hassle free 45 day risk free returns but it is not being honored in this case. Please assist Thank you

    I ordered shoes and realized that I gave them the wrong address. I asked them to send it to my new address and they said yes. They send it to my old address . they never send to my new address and now I just want a refund.
