  Same experience as everyone else. Bought my usual size and the size fit guarantee. Too small, emailed them to return and got the 30% refund offer after sending them the requested picture of my shoes (which they said I had to resend as the picture was unclear). I rejected their offer and then was offered the choice of another free pair or a gift card. Now I expect to get the donate and take a picture offer and never get my money back.

  DO NOT BUY FROM ******!! They have horrible customer service and return policies. I had to return my twice (they run HUGE). Instead of a refund they will only issue credit. The first time I sent it back it took about a month to receive my credit. I sent back a second set (still too big) about 6 weeks ago and still haven't seen my return/credit. I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me it's "being processed." No clue if I'll ever see the $100 I spent on these sweats.

  I am reading what everyone else posted and I am getting the same issues! The shoes are cheap as are the insoles, they jam my foot/toes and the materials used are garbage. I got the same reply..."hey, why not just keep them and we will give you 30% refund". Are you kidding??!! Why would I want to keep something I can't even use! This place is giving me the run around as well. Yes, absolutely AVOID this company and site. I wish on line sellers were regulated better...places like this should be shut down and not allowed to sell their junk with false advertising! I would not even give them a one star but was afraid if I didn't at least do that I wouldn't be able to write my post.

  These are not for plantar faciiatis. I bought them for being on my feet all day. My regular shoes never hurt my feet, and I put inserts in them specially for my diagnosis. I was looking forward to not buying more inserts because they are kinda of pricey--not just Dr. ******** but actual plantar fiaciitis inserts. These were a waste of money being that my feet hurt after a couple of hours. I just came home (6hrs later) and put my inserts in. These are not a good purchase if you need any kind of support.

  This company promotes itself as customer-focused, but my experience says otherwise. Their return policy is vague at best, and downright misleading. The shoes I received were not in standard U.S. sizes, and while they include a card promising to help you find the right fit, that promise turned out to be completely false.When I tried to exchange my shoes for the correct size, I was met with a series of unrelated offers30% off my next purchase, a free pair of shoes, even a suggestion to donate them to the Salvation Armyinstead of simply being allowed to exchange them for the correct ******* make matters worse, they eventually told me they dont accept returns due to hygiene reasons, something that is not stated anywhere on their website. It feels like they are doing everything possible to avoid standing behind their ********** make matters worse, the shoes themselves are poor quality and absolutely not worth the money. Between the lack of transparency, the evasive customer service, and the disappointing product, I cannot recommend this company.I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you are 100% certain about the fitbecause if its wrong, youre out of luck.

  They claim comfort for long work shifts. I got them and tried them out. Only wore them for 2 shifts and the minimal padding is already non-existent now. Returning them seems like a fruitless hassle after seeing the other reviews. I don't even think they are worth donating to a thrift store. My feet were sore by a few hours into my shift both nights. The only ok thing really about these shoes is how easy they slip on. Definitely not a good work on your feet shoe though. I wish I would've looked into them more before buying.

  Same complaints as everyone else. They wont let me return them. The told me to donate and get a receipt and send a pic of the receipt. No place is going to give you full price for these shoes. So I am on the same boat, stuck with two pair of shoes I cant wear and cant return them. Even shoe stores give returns.

  I am on my feet as a personal trainer and tried these with the hope that they would be true to the claims made. They are not what they seem to represent. I tried returning them with a full refund, only to find I could return them and get a 30% refund. What a scam!/

  Shoes are not comfortable. Company will not refund me my money. After several emails I was told to donate them to ************** and send them a copy of the donation slip. I have done that and now they will not respond. Worst company i have ever had to deal with!!
