      August 1, 20023 This company Xactus, LLC ran a credit check on me when I have never heard of them, I gave them no permission to do so, and I do not have any association with them.

      I have a hard inquiry on my credit report from this company and have not applied for a mortgage loan of any type. Also, I check my report often and this inquiry was dated 2022 however was not on my credit report until recently.

      This company has ran two credit inquiries on me without my consent, filling out an application, or even my acknowledgment that it was going to be done. I have never done any dealings with this company, nor have I filed for credit authorization with them. This company is illegally running credits checks without my approval, authorization or acknowledgment. Please remove the two credit inquiries you ran on me in July of 2023 on the 10th and the 12th. Please stop using my personal information and running credit checks on me. I have not contacted you for anything. Please stop using my personal information altogether.

I spoken with ******** at XACTUS, LLC she put me on hold to say they do not have any information on my name: *******************************, she was rude just from her answering the phone. I haven't replied to any loans, nor again mortgage companies

      On August 28, 2023, I was notified that hard credit inquiry was performed by Xactus, LLC, as a miscellaneous inquiry. After researching the company I see that they offer mortgage financing. I have not applied for any mortgage product in the last several years, so I'm not sure why this has occurred. Please advise and remove the hard inquiry from my credit report.
