    My experience with Matthews Home Improvement for siding installation has been disappointing and frustrating. Initially quoted $16,200, I ended up paying $19,200 after an unexpected $3,000 charge for repairing rotten wood. The project took roughly 39 days to complete. The most significant issue arose when the siding began coming off less than a year after installation in January 2024. Despite their contract promising a 4-year labor warranty, which should cover such issues, Matthews Home Improvement has failed to honor their commitment. They have repeatedly promised to fix the problem but have not followed through. This lack of responsiveness and failure to uphold their warranty obligations is completely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on their integrity and professionalism. More of my siding is slowly coming off and it is looking like I will have to find another contractor to fix my new siding. I regretfully advise others to approach Matthews Home Improvement with caution, especially if reliability and customer service are priorities for your project.

    I have Spoken. With ******* And Plan To Fix Any issues He may Have I'm Currently Dealing with a Home fire And Haven't Been Able to Do Much Outside of that as I am unable to be In my Home So it has put a Halt on My Business

    Hello! Pete M******* reached out to me regarding this complaint. BBB says I have 5 calendar days to respond otherwise the compliant is marked taken care of. Pete said he will take care of it by Friday July 26th. Once the work is repaired and I can confirm completed, I will confirm the complaint has been resolved. Thank you.
