    Yes, they are the worst. I still spell like sewage outside my house. They don't do what they say they going to do.

    Absolutely terrible! Terrible. Weasel insurance company that is more than happy to collect your monthly payments but does not want to cover what they their contract says it should cover. I have top-of-the-line camera footage showing roots and a collapse in the main sewer drain and they are refusing to cover it. Another shifty aspect of this company to take note of is that when you go to their website, you cannot review the policy. It takes five days to get them to send you the policy which I still have yet to receive 10 days later they don’t want you to know their policy or be able to access the terms of their policy with you because they don’t want you to use it I clearly been wasting my money for the last several years, paying for multiple coverages on multiple things on my property for no reason now that I’ve had direct experience with this company I see that they are completely useless and worthless, and just taking money out of the pockets of hard-working people, and then keeping it for themselves and not honoring the terms of their policy …..

    Plumbing service company came twice. The leak was detected on the first visit and was repaired on the second visit, which involved cutting concrete, repairing a pipe, then adding back concrete. The process took more than a few hours. The service people were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, and they explained the process to me before they started. Very glad I had SLWA coverage for this repair!!!

    Their personnel acted quickly and professionally the business however acted like any other insurance do. They realized I have pre existing issues with my plumbing so they sent me a letter telling me coverage is not guaranteed. I am to cancel the business with them.

    Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! First time in two years having to utilize our Service line warranty and I cannot say enough about this company and it's VERY reputable companies it uses to fulfill a customer issue. WOW, was SO simple, called, told them my problem. said no worries, we will have one of our reputable service companies contact you shortly. Got a call shortly after, said who they were, who they were calling on behalf of, and came out and cleaned the main sewer line out. I will say this, I have NEVER had a company so thorough in every direction. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY from start to finish. I am SO glad we are with Home Serve, Service Line warranties AND their very reputable service companies they work with. I would not want to go any where else. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We had a leak under one of bathrooms that was leaking out of the back patio. We had to use Mr. ******* It took 6 months to fix, they broke up the concrete patio and were gonna charge us another $1000 to fill it up. I will never recommend them to anyone. First the were only gonna cover $200 luckily we had American Water Resource, they helped but also made false promises.
