1 starI signed an agreement with this company in the first week of July 2024 for *** to purchase my house at *************************************. They bid to pay $60,500 and close in September 2024. It is now November of 2024. They had scheduled closing every Friday since September and every week they have cancelled the closing with different excuses for the cancellations. Their advertisement stated "Pay cash and close quickly". I feel they have breached their advertisement for reasons that are unacceptable.I would like closing to happen as soon as possible as promised.Review fromElizabeth H

We keep getting solicitation cards in the mail to buy our house from our heirs based on incorrect name information they must buy from some sketchy sources. I told the ownerof 5apg the last time that their information was incorrect and that we resented their solicitation and their entire business model. He promised that they would corrrect their records and we would be removed from their solicitations, but we just got another one, with the same inaccurate information. Apparently, this company obtains information about people who have recently died and then try to buy the deceased's property from the heirs when they are presumably most vulnerable. A despicable business model even if they competently relied on accurate information, and kept their word and corrected their records.Fifth Avenue Property Group LLC
