            I had a very unfortunate experience the second time around with this company. The contact person was extremely rude, disrespectful towards me after I asked multiple questions about the expensive stained glass work being done on my 100 year home including whether there was a return on the deposit. She was very condescending towards me, hung up the phone on me during our last conversation. She was upset because I could not remember the name I had on the last interaction with them 3 years ago. I would not recommend anyone being treated this way by anyone who you are paying money to do a service. I understand they do very good work and wish them well. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and do not think anyone deserves this kind of treatment.

            We are very sorry that our prices had to increase from 2019. We are also sorry that we had difficulty finding your past records, due to your name change from 2019. We are also sorry that we don't offer refunds on contracted stained glass projects. We are also sorry that you asked us to change the start date for your project to a month earlier, when we had no available dates open. There was nothing else we could have have possibly done to please you. Good luck ******!!

            We have the right, as a business, to refuse to work with very difficult people. Especially people who cannot remember their own name from 2 years ago, and complain before we even start the project. I've worked here for 11 years, and never once had to deal with a situation like this before. I'm sad that this happened, but we honestly did nothing wrong.
