            The lack of care, support and customer service is striking I recently had a 1000gal Propane tank installed by Styer Electric to power my new ******* generator. As the equipment operator closed the hole I asked him to pile extra dirt on top since I was worried that the ground will sink if we get rain. The operator told me that that was not necessary since he put screening into the hole and then packed the dirt on top tightly. We had plenty of dirt left. Well, we recently got a lot of rain and the dirt over the tank sank. After I contacted Styer to correct their mistake, I was told to engage a landscaper. I feel that anyone in this business should know that the ground will settle and used the leftover dirt to pile on top of the site to accommodate any settlement. The fact that this was not done, even though I requested it, is a neglectful and incomplete job that should be corrected by Styer. The lack of care, support and customer service is striking. I will not deal with this company again.
