    I purchased a **** ******* 2018,in Jan 2023,I paid $995.00 for ***** ***** warranty,and i paid $2,700 for extended warranty ,with company named ***** **********,i called them yesterday,they said the dealer cancelled my contract back on June 6,2023 and the money was sent back to ***** the general manager,i need my money back or give the money back to the extended warranty companies,because i never authorized to close my contracts ,and i was never notified about ***** the general manager closing my contracts,and not giving me my money back ,or never notified me about my money i paid at the time of purchase in Jan.

    This customer is very aggressive and no longer allowed in our dealership. He has been escorted off our property by the police and is not allowed to return. As it pertains to the warranty there is no way we could cancel his warranty without his authorized signature. He also has a lien on the vehicle so the amount that was owed to him certainly didnt come back to the dealership, it would go back to the lien holder which would lower his balance due. I dont know how or who canceled it (I believe it was him) but it certainly was not Chapman Ford of Columbia. I will do my best to try to find supporting documentation of this. Thank you and be well!

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Because i need that money that i paid for extended warranty, right back on that ,, warranty,i never would have cancelled the warranty,its not like my money was going back in my pocket,the warranty company said it can be reinstated when they return the money,why would i call the bank and warranty company,trying to find out who cancelled it ,the warranty company said the money went back to the dealer,or they sent the money back to the bank ,the bank told me they don't have any records of the warranty money ,i don't want my money added to the balance of the vehicle,i need it put right back  on the warranties so i can have coverage,i won't never lie about my own money,the dealer ship who called the cops ,would have the reasons to lie on me,,just put my money back,i never authorized ***** general manager to do so or any body else,it seems to be an error or misunderstanding ,not on my part ,but the dealer ship who called the cops on me out of hatred!!Now a  service department guy named **** told me i sold my vehicle to my son,which isn't true,and i don't have a warranty anymore,and they cancelled my appointment on November 3,2023 ,because they already knew,they closed my warranty contract ,and i have air bags lights on ,and on/off switch lit up on the dashboard!! I need my warranties back.
