      I have lived in a Morgan Properties in Maryland for 5 years and my experience here has not always been the best. I wish I can give no stars. Some of my concerns are the communication with the tenants here. In the beginning, the communication was good. We were informed about what was going on in the complex or our buildings in which we reside. Now, the lack of communication is frustrating. I came home last year in December to a huge whole in my bathroom. I did not receive a notice stating someone was in my apartment or if there was a problem in my apartment that was causes concerns below. I went to the rental office to voice my concerns and disappointment and it is after I cried and stated I did not feel "safe" anymore is when they wanted to even care and do something to fix the problem.
      I suggested door tag to be used like before so we as tenant know when someone is in our apartment. Fast forward to 10/10/22, I come home to my packaged I ordered on the other side of the door and no door tag or notice stated something has occurred in my building. Again, no communication. To sum up what they stated when I went to the rental office on 10/11/22, they did not have time due to an emergency and the property manager was suppose to send it.
      I am passed frustrated now and tired of the words with no action or commitment to change. This company hires poorly trained employees. This company is just stealing our hard earned money every month. They are great to communicating pet violation and when you are late for a payment, or towing cars, but building safety and tenant safety is not their concern in my opinion. You cannot have an apartment complex without tenants. We should be treated with respect and our voice and concerns should be heard and changes should be made on time. I would say so much more, but I am running out of typing space. We do not pay rent for things to not be right. FIX IT PLEASE

      Wish I had read these reviews! I would have gotten out of here the first year!! I was robbed 6 months after moving here by maintenance workers, as they knew where I parked & was watching (shade up). Had mice's in running around in living room, got them rid after a long time! The bathroom, so called up grade! Mold, tiles coming off around tub, they come & do a patch job, then come back & do more patching & glaze job, that I said would not last & it didn't. Oh! when they put in a single faucet, they started in Dec. 2021, by Feb. 2022 I still had plastic on the wall, called office to ask if they had a work order open, she said no the bathroom all done & I said so the plastic on wall is finish job. So, it got done with no wall plate to tell hot or cold & the faucet with about an inch of pipe showing! Now In June they did all walls around tub, new wood & concrete sheetrock & new tiles & the hot & cold plate & the pipe not showing. Well, it will not last as the flooring under tub is rotting! The first row of tiles around tub are starting to show signs of coming off!
      Now to common area, I was charge for cigarettes burn marks on brick wall & poles, because it was by my door!! I do not smoke & my niece smokes vapes, no one I know did this! I have since cleaned it all for $12.00 & they chg. me $750!! Now they want me out, & say I am a holdover tenant & double the rent $3611.80! I am a senior citizen with a housing voucher, which they want me to lose, property manager said it to my face, "there goes your voucher". They want me in the street with 3 minor children 11, 5, & 4 yr. old. All Morgan Property wants is money, they are the criminals just taking money any way they can! They try to make the outside nice, but the inside sucks!! Holdover NO, I almost had a place till they called here. EV Apts, NJ

      Do not rent from Morgan Properties. Ive had a numerous amount of issues at Legacy at Cedar Hill in Tx since moving in and I’ve only been here 3 months. I emailed the property manager regarding the issues and asked for a discount in rent in return and didn’t receive a response for 3 weeks. Had to take time off of my 2 jobs to go in person to finally get an answer to which I was told “no”. Not worth the service I’ve received, DEFINITELY not worth the price they charge. Please just steer clear as this is the worst place I’ve ever rented from.
