      I paid 2000$ for a wedding video on 6/11/21 and have received nothing. Our wedding was 7/16/2022 and they were there and recording the entire time. Unclear why we have not heard back from the company after multiple outreach attempts via email phone and social media

      We hired this company to video our wedding for 08-14-21. We have received now the short video as well as the full raw footage but not our extended video. As of 09-14-22 we were told we would receive the extended video as well as a $200 refund for not receiving all items agreed on for our contract that we signed with them. I have now emailed and texted the company at least 5 times with no response to any of these messages. I have all messages emails as well as original contracts saved.

      On 2/27/21 I paid Film Shockers Inc $1565.00 by credit card to film my son and daughter-in-laws wedding on 11/6/21. I have met the owner expecting to see him there as I met him doing a friends wedding. He sent 2 other guys to do the work. It is almost a year later and after numerous personal calls and texts to Brandon and I also emailed Alyssa DiPacio all I am told is it will be a few weeks. They have now stopped returning any messages. Brandon actually asked me if I knew what the guys looked like that showed up. I started to worry when I started seeing the other complaints and heard his company was a mess. This company started out very good when Brandon ran things and he was a decent upfront man. All I get now is lies from Brandon. Last he took a call months ago he says it would be mailed within 2 weeks . I told him I would need to take action but didn’t want too as all I wanted was the kids film. His response was , “I don’t care. Do whatever you want.” I want the kids tape. That’s what I paid for that’s what they promised. I actually recommended him years ago and have had to call back others to let them know they are ripping people off. Please help!

      My name is ******* **** formerly ******* ******. Film shockers was hired early 2020 for my wedding Aug.21.2021. We STILL ado not have our raw footage or video. They have given us so many excuses due to contractors during Covid. Unfortunately when I hired them this was never an issue but Covid happened so this mess happened. This case has been on the news. I’ve been patiently waiting and they keep telling me it’s in progress but still nothing. I’m tired of waiting. Even if I could get the footage, with at least a 50% refund I’d be ok with that too. This was the number one thing my husband and I wanted from our wedding. I have all messages from them and the contract.       I paid $790 for Film Shockers to be the videographer for my wedding. I was married on August 21, 2021 and have not yet received my wedding video and today is July 9, 2022. I have trying to communicate with Filmshockers and barely get a response. The response I get is “it’ll be soon” or “let me check with the editor of why it’s taking so long.” I have called their business MANY times leaving them voicemails. I have called Brandon himself on his cell phone and texted him with hardly any response. I have multiple Facebook and Instagram messages sent to them. I still have receipt of payment and all texts and social media messages sent between us. It has almost been 11 months since I was married! I want the video! That’s the most special day of my life but if the video can’t be produced then at least give me my money back!

      On April 24, 2021 I hired this company to videograph my wedding. After several months of not hearing anytime we decided to reach out. We called multiple times and emailed and never got a call back or response. When my father in law finally went to the physical location they said it would be ready within a few days. That was in October and it is now December still nothing. We have reached out several more times with no answer by phone call. The answering machine says they are not accepting calls. It took us reaching out on Facebook for them to say it will be sent out by usps but no date of expected delivery.

      This is 100% false. You have received your video MONTHS ago and we have proof.  You are only waiting for your RAW footage. Nowhere in your contract states that your RAW footage is late. Please be truthful. We have email transcripts showing your video has been sent.

      We have a video done for our wedding in April of 2021. We have not received anything but unprofessional messages that are threatening and frustration and they refuse to work on our video which was paid in full.

      Good morning, 

      After filing a complaint about Film Shockers, they had sent me numerous messages calling me a liar , degraded my character and denied me updates on my video that I had paid for in full over a year ago. They also continued to tell me to come to the office and “say it to their face” in a threatening manner. It’s safe to say at this point that I will either not receive the video that we paid good money for or they will make sure it is not decent or up to par on what normally is received. The videographer requested my sisters number at our wedding in front of others and then I was told I made false accusations and was a liar when I have proof of the unprofessional behavior. Even if I get my money back enough to take the raw footage to someone who is professional in the area.

      To Whom this may concern:

       

      These allegations are 100% false.  As stated on many posts. we have been backed up with editing due to COVID reschedules and dismissal of contracting help.  We made it clear to all clients that everyone that is waiting for their wedding video to be completed, will receive their video by January no later than February.  We have teams working around the clock to full-fill this goal. ******** responded with harassing messages and false allegations to relieve her frustrations on the timeline of her video.  We have contacted her sister for quality assurance to follow through with her allegations. We have Correspondences from her sister saying that she was not harassed and that ********'s allegations are false.  We do not harass clients. We respect all attendees at any event at all times.  We made absolutely no threats to this client as we have the whole conversation saved in our shockwire. All correspondences with clients are saved and stored for quality assurance purposes.  As stated to ********, she will receive her wedding video here shortly between now and January, latest February depending on what number in line she is in. We have 100's of clients and we fulfill them as they come in. Each editor is assigned project loads. She has the option to give her videographer a call or text directly for updates as she always has.  If you would like any copies of our interaction, I'll be happy to send those over to you.   Respectfully Submitted -

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I can send all messages since before April regarding the unprofessional messages and threatening messages as well. I also have all documentation from my sister that she was asked for her phone number and she also has several texts from said videographer that she saved as well in case this situation arose. First off a service that is almost a year ago should have been processed at a timely manner. Not only that but this situational an awful turn with the way the company handles clients requests. If harassment is asking where my product is then this company is in for a rude awakening. I will attach all messages from my sister and the company. Asking to come in and say it someone’s face is beyond unprofessional even though I am more than willing to do that. Last but not least, I paid for footage before the wedding which was not done because a date could not be accomplished between either party so that warrants a refund for that material as well. I can guarantee the video will not be up to anyone’s standards since this has become an entirely different situation.

      We were filmed by this business on April 17 2021. We have yet to receive any film that we paid in full for. We have a contract stating all of the items we should receive and have not received any. We were told we would have our video another month then another month, then January then early February and we have nothing. We reached out several times requesting a refund for the said services that we did not even receive prior to the wedding which we have printed out conversations saying that we would receive a refund. There was also an incident regarding the videographer asking for my sister phone number at the wedding itself. The company stated I am a liar and made false accusations , although the videographer has texted my sister over and over regarding “flying her up to see him” which I also have screenshots from. We want our video to be done as stated and done correctly as it says in the contract that we have had reviewed.
