I ordered from this company back in nov 2022 i ordered 2 bags of chicken seasoning from this company. i recieved it many many weeks later and once i recieved it i had only recieve 1 bag instead of 2 bags. i reached out a few times and no response back, i took up the matter with paypal and still isnt getting any place. i have the proof that they offered me a refund or the other bag of mix. i have heard anything from them and it has been an ongoing back and forth with no resolution. please helpInitial Complaint

I purchased jerk spices on 2/12 from WWH foods and still have not received my items. I have had communication with them on them on 3 different occasions in which they said they would send me the shipping information by the end of the day and it did not come. they have conveyed nearly a month ago that my items were already packaged and will be picked up. Still have not been picked up. I have requested a refund with no response. At this point, I want a full refund immediately. I have attached my communications with them stating they would send a tracking number the same day for verification of shipping. They only communicate through ******** Messenger. I would like a full refund of $57.98 Immediately. Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed my order with this company on 1/21/2023 order#**** $73.80. While waiting for my order I've tried reaching out to this company via email and never got a response. I tried calling them but the phone always rings, no one ever picks up and the voicemail is always full. I then tried via ******** messenger and all you get is an automated response. My last resort was leaving a message on their ******** business page which somehow always gets deleted but I have the screenshots. When I finally received my order on 3/1/2023 it was incorrect, instead of receiving 2 mild jerk chicken fry mixes I received 2 spicy mixes. Once again I reached out to this company via phone and posting on their page and got NOTHING! I reached out via messenger and someone did respond apologizing and asking me did I want a refund. I told them no I want my product and even offered to ship back the spicy version. They told me it would be no problem they're sending it to their fulfillment center that was 3/7/2023. On 3/13/2023 I reached out again via ******** messenger after not hearing anything to check for updated status. Once again I had to reiterated the whole conversation again just for someone to give me the same answer. Today is now 3/24/23 and I've heard nothing. I even informed them that my husband will be in the area this weekend and can pick up my missing items which they have not responded to.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Wwh foods on 12-24-22. I purchased 3 bags of breader a seafood breader, a mild breader and a spicy breader for 56.97. They said the shipped my order 01/19/23 *** never received it. I have contacted them several times. On 02/08/23 they said they would reship my order nothing yet. On 12/17/2002 I placed an order. 1/5/2023 I emailed because I had not received the order did not receive a response until I emailed again on 1/11/2023. I received a shipment notification later that day. I began checking and the tracking states a label was created but has not shipped. I continue to check and get the same message. I reached out to WWF again on 1/20/23 via email no response.. on 1/26/23 on the instagram page no response.. on 2/2/23 via email still no response and the tracking as of today still says label created has not shipped. I asked for the product 1/26, after no response I asked for a refund 2/2.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on 1/13/23 for product and have yet to receive the product (order #****). The company has charged me for the product but it has not been shipped to my home address. I have emailed and called worth while food at the contact information listed on their website but have not gotten a response. I'm a requesting a refund or the product I ordered and paid for gets shipped out immediately.
