      Through out 2023 Eagle has missed pickups. sometimes a text or phone call would go out notifying us that trash would not be picked up as scheduled and pick up would occur the next day. It rarely did. I have called the office a few times and calls are not answered or returned. A few local municipalities even removed them from their list of approved service providers. I ended my service yet they continued to bill me. Now they are referring me to collections. My balance should be 0$

      Over the past months and most recently the past two weeks we have not had our trash picked up resulting in trash spilling out into the street. This has become commonplace in the neighborhood and with the company still taking our payment and not providing services it has caused problems.

      Eagle Disposale accepts taxpayer money to provide a service then repeatedly does not do so. *********************** in the city of Coatesville is repeatedly skipped when they pick up trash and we sometimes go several weeks without trash pickup. The on occasion when they do pickup on this street, they pick up my neighbor's trash and leave mine.

      They need to do more than just address this issue.  It's tax fraud to accept tax payer money from the city and then not provide the service that they have been paid to do. 

      This is an on going issue and all my contacts to the city AND Eagle Disposal are ignored.

      If this problem persists I will go to the FTC and IRS to report tax frauf.

      soi will only be ready to accept this and close if, and only if, my trash starts getting picked up weekly as it should be.

      Due to missed pickups we cancelled and they won’t refund us.Paid end of June for July. and then cancelled for no pickup. They said they will refund full amount and had me on hold and don’t answer the phone or make up excuses to talk to the manger that will call back and they don’t.

      I have paid Eagle disposal for trash and recycling removal from my residence. I am forced to pay for weekly service 3 months in advance. My trash was last picked up on 8/23 despite daily phone calls and emails and being told it is being sent to dispatch. Trash service has been spotty averaging every 2-3 weeks all summer. This company should be forced to reimburse all customers and cease to be in business. I will end up taking my trash to the local dump if its not picked up by tomorrow incurring extra expense to do so. This has not improved at all since winter and they are just getting away with breach of contract.

      I had my quarterly payments on autopay. They took the payment on the date it was supposed to be taken on May 1, 2023 for $121.22. They picked up our trash for 3 weeks in the month of May, 1 time in the month of June. On June 23rd Ive had enough and canceled my services and requested a refund for the times they did not pick up my trash and the remainder of the quarter. *********************** from Eagle Disposal via email told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund. It has now been over 8 weeks. They do not answer the phone calls or return emails. I personally think they are thieves and crooks and my money should be returned for the services that Eagle Disposal did not provide. They requested that I put out my toters for them to pick up on July 3rd, which they did. This has been an ongoing issue for Eagle Disposal since Covid. They have no issue taking my money out of my bank account, but you never knew when or if they would show up.

      Eagle disposal has been unreliable and they broke our trash can and told me it would be three weeks to replace the can that they are to busy to replace it. I live ten min from them. They said to leave trash out side without the can. I can't leave my trash out side since the animals will get into the bags and then I would have trash flying around into the street and homes around me.

      This is a Contracted account with W Earl Township,  your road was closed last week for service and the township is aware of this as we have been in contact.  I spoke with you directly on the phone and told you we would be back this week on TUESDAY your service day to have this cleaned up.  The township is doing road work and that is something we have to work around,  as i told you last week,  this is a township issue and is being addressed

      This still does not resolve the issue that I pay for service that you do not provide on time, nor every week. I refuse to pay for my trash not being picked up. This will not be resolved until I see a refund of some sort. The township told me that they told you to go around the construction like everyone else and you told me you weren't going to pick it up until the construction was done. You never said Tuesday as you hung up on me after I told you to go around the construction. If this was the first time you refused to pick up my trash, I would not be this upset. But you pick. it up maybe 2-3 times a month and then you hang up on my when I call you. That is terrible costumer service and I want a refund!

      Like others, had problems getting them to provide service of trash and recycling removal. I finally cancelled my service 2 months ago, and was told id get a refund in 4 weeks. Ive seen nothing. Tgey do not respond to emails or if u call you are on hold forever and no one ever takes your call.

      I added my most recent email to Eagle below on July 27th. This is with no response from them. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 4 weeks to stop services and receive a refund for all our missed trash pickups. Each of my phone calls ended in a lengthy voicemail explaining what I am looking for with contact information for them to call me back. At this point I just want their trash cans picked up at my house and receive my refund check. I am emailing in regards to the stop of services as of the end of this billing cycle; July 31, 2023. I have called 3 times, been on hold for 30 minute increments, and have been forced to leave a message will no call back. Its truly unacceptable. In my messages over the past several weeks I noted that I would like services to conclude at the end of this billing cycle, however I am unaware if that has been put in your system since as you are unable to return my calls. I have been with Eagle since I moved into my home in 2020, I tried so hard to hold out as I know times are hard to get employees, but the 8 week I went with out recycle and 6 week without trash pick up was just too much. The final point was when your customer service because non existence. I am also aware that I have a credit on my account of around $150 due to all the missed trash and recycling weeks. That $150 would come from my current bill due ($125-130) which I should not even have if you would have listened to and retuned my voicemails plus an additional $-21.44 that is showing on my account. It clearly stated in several news articles by your spokes person that you will be offering credits and or refunds. I would like my full refund amount sent to me via a check. I would like to know the turn around time for the refund.
