Terrible This , dealership will sell you a lemon Rusted out vehicle... will not communicate with you The owner Nate Siegfried has Shady practices.... I am Now, in the mist of try to negotiate at least, a small portion of my Funds from this shady dealership.but they are denying me, of that ... me DO NOT PURCHASE OR ENEN, THINK ABOUT PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM . THEY WILL BLAME, BULTER AUTOS,for the Notary,as SPEED TEC OEM,NATE the owner of Speed TEC OEM, as done... I do, have emails, photos of rusted out vehicle, as well

I don't think many people come to BBB when they actually have a good experience with a business, but i came to this shop as an out of state customer with an emergency. Honestly I fully expected a shop to use my vulnerable position against me. Miles from home, unfamiliar with the area, no choice but to fix my car. Anyway, after stressing at autozone for an hour, the staff at autozone reccomended i go to speedtec. They spoke VERY highly of their capability so i gave it a shot. Given my situation i dont think my experience could have been better. I don't take the best care of my vehicle despite driving alot, and the guys found a number of problems with the car, they brought them to my attention but were also very clear on the 2, as it turns out relatively minor, problems that i needed to address to safely get back on the road. They had parts already in stock and had them on my car in just a few hours. The staff in the office made the entire wait pleasant. I could have stayed there all day even if my car was fine. This all happened months ago but i wanted to give time to ensure this repair stuck. All this time later, 5 stars. I wish i was local to this place.

Took vehicle 1st Saturday of August 2022.. was told its a 17 hr job.was asked for a down payment of $1000.which I paid. Then about a week later was asked for another $800.for parts, which I also paid.a little over month pass by so I decided to call to check on status, and to my surprise they said vehicle will be taking inside shop to start the process. Couple of weeks pass and I call again and was told they are making progress. Sept 21 I recieve a voice-mail, saying I'm on the schedule to pick up veh the following week.they went on vacation. Come Oct I dropped by shop and to my surprise vehicle still wasn't in shop,so I got upset and he promised it will be done the following week.its Dec 9th and every week I continue to get promises that it will b ready in 2,3,4,5, days. Owner gave me a loaner mid October and I continue to tell him I need my vehicle because loaner has a very bad power steering and it's extremely dangerous to drive, but I have no choice because I must go to work. I let him know steering wheel keeps locking up.i don't put my daughters in it because it's not safe, and I can't go see my sons in ny because I do not want to risk the long drive with a stiff steering wheel.all I get is broken promises. I stopped Dec 8th to check on vehicle and still not ready and inside the car smells like a shop, he put parts with oil inside the vehicle. I have new tires and now afraid it's going to have flat spots cause it's been sitting going on 5 months,which was supposed to be a "17" hour job.. all I get is lies .I've compiled with what he asked but he can't deliver on his estimated time.he expects me to b patient but a 17 hr job going on 5 months is extreme. Said he has a vehicle there for 5 yrs now I'm worried my vehicle will sit there a lot longer now. I lost my patience with this shop. I need my vehicle to do my ordinary things. He works on all other cars but mine has to be the 1 to be put on the back burner.. I want/need my vehicle
