I paid for a Lip Blush which is placement of a semi permanent lip color/tint, like a tattoo on the lips. Before the procedure I communicated the pink mauve color I wanted on my lips, the artist said yes she has the color I requested. however, the procedure did not add ANY color. My lips remained the same color as my Natural lips. I contacted the merchant about it, they told me to wait that the color would start to appear in two weeks. I waited, but my lips remained the same. I contacted the merchant again, they told me to come for a second procedure, which I had to pay for again! I paid about $700 for the first procedure that did not work on me, And they insisted on me paying again for something that did NOT work the first time. They offered no resolution except send me an email attachment with paperwork that is NOT signed by me (nor is the paperwork in my name) stating that I agreed to a second procedure and threatened me that they are in touch with their attorney and told me they are told to stop contact with me. They are not giving me a resolution, only that I have to go back and spend more money on a procedure that does NOT do what its supposed to. And refuse to help me. I am the one out of money for their FALSE lip blush service that did absolutely nothing to my lips, and no results! Please see attachment of the color I asked for and sadly $700 later no color
