    They are scam artists. They made me default on my *** loan then the company filed a ******** on my business and froze my assets. I then asked for my money back from MCA Debt Advisors and they only gave me back $200 out of $3000 that they had received from me that was suppose to be going towards paying my MCA debt. Im currently seeking an attorney. I can be reached at ************** if there are any attorneys that read this, but DO NO work with this company!!!! They are scam artists!!!!

He paid a total of $1,338.98, from which he received a refund of $267.84. The refund amount was determined after deducting the appropriate setup and attorney retainer fees. These fees, totaling 5% of the enrolled debt amount, were necessary to establish his file and initiate negotiations, as outlined in the signed agreement.The negotiations on ******** behalf stopped after he placed a stop payment on the third scheduled payment in the program. When we reached out to inquire about the stop payment, ******* informed us of a lien that had been placed on his business by the *** creditor. Following this, he requested to cancel the program, and we promptly honored his request.While the contract clearly outlines that a default fee may be applied in such situations, we only charged ******* for the work completed up to that point, including file setup and initial negotiation efforts. This approach was fair and consistent with the terms of his agreement with us.We regret that ******* feels dissatisfied with his experience, but we firmly believe we acted in good faith and in accordance with the contractual terms.     I strongly advise against using *** for debt management. They promise to save you money, but in reality, youll likely end up paying much more. My experience was disappointing, and it became clear that their services were not in my best interest.If youre struggling with debt, its far better to talk directly to your lender and explore restructuring options. Using *** can jeopardize your companys recovery and make it nearly impossible to secure another loan in the future. Save yourself the headachelook for solutions that truly support your financial health.

    They are completely fraudulent. They misguide the clients and do not disclose their fees and charges. Their representatives provide misleading information when taking on a case. They overcharge and fail to negotiate with the other party. Stay away from their fraudulent practices.

    Beware they will get your money and not do anything but give you the run around and no protection from creditors. I enrolled in the program in February of 2024. I was told then there is no fee,but there part came from negotiating. I paid in 2600 to MCA Debt Advisors. But even after several months they never negotiated a deal with the creditor. Therefore the creditor put a legal hold on my invoices through the company I was contacted with. I called them several times a day to get a status on my case,but was put off and told I would get a call back. Finally after a couple of weeks with no answers and no money coming in. I had to call the creditor myself to make arrangements and get the hold lifted so I wouldn't lose my business. I later found out after doing a little research that they were not even authorized to negotiate with the particular creditor I owed. Which they kept that information from me in the beginning. Then when the hold was placed on my invoices and I told them, they then pretended to contact the creditor after months with no status. Then also found out they were in a big lawsuit against them recently. Now they are saying I owe them 20% of the amount they were suppose to negotiate. There for stealing my 2600 from me that I paid in to them. They are a scam company that collects your money like you owe them, then not protect your business. They only made my situation worse.I would not recommend doing business with MCA Debt Advisors in my opinion, your business will loose or go under. Beware they will steal your money and not accomplish anything.

    I have been extremely disappointed with the service. Probably more than any service that I have ever tried.I was able to negotiate a much better settlement with creditors on my own. They could not meet their initial claims of debt reduction.The portal is terrible and never up to date. Their excuse ios that it is run by a third party. It was really stupid on my part to sign up with MCA. I will incur major penalties even though they were the ones that could not meet their promises. They will still make their money but I lose big time! I have tried to resolve issues with the junior negotiators but they said I need to talk to a senior negotiator that are never available.

    Do not do business with MCA Debt Advisors. They misrepresent themselves and do not do what they say they will do, and they ultimately take your money. Getting a response via email is like pulling teeth. It can take days, and then, if they do respond, they don't address your concerns, or nothing gets done. A month and a half in, they had supposedly worked with one of our three debtors. They sent a contract to us, dated 14 days prior to sending to us, and didn't include information we had sent them a month prior about funds being held by this debtor per UCC lien, so of course we weren't going to sign. Then nothing more from them after numerous emails. Meanwhile, the other two debtors were hounding us and had not even been contacted. Again, numerous emails were sent with no response. The only person who did respond was ***** *******, but he wasn't in a position to do anything to help us. We have had to file bankruptcy and hire an attorney. After much hounding, they refunded a tiny fraction of our money to us. We paid in $38,932.57 and received $6008.34 back. This was their breakdown of why: Cancelation fee 5% -14,550.00 Attorney Retainer Fee - $300.00 Escrow Set up - $99.00 Escrow Monthly Maintenance $99 per month - $99.00 Success fee - $10,000.00 This doesn't add up. It should be $13,784.57 returned to us. The 5% fee we can live because we signed the contract, even though they didn't do anything for us, but a $10,000 success fee? For what? There was no success. Basically, they took $32,000 from us for 2 months of doing nothing. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and have had to learn from our HUGE mistake of working with MCA. I'm sure ******* ****** will respond to this complaint. Too bad he couldn't respond to even 1 of our emails. MCA preys on businesses when they are at their lowest and kicks them down even further. I dont know how they sleep at night. Do not do business with MCA Debt Advisors.

    I signed up for this company to assist with some merchant advances I received they do not communicate once you signed agreements! They drafted my account almost $1k and I informed them it set me back financially and they didnt care just stated to bring payments lower and I told them I want to cancel then she going to tell me there is a 5% cancellation fee which I understand but they want to charge a fee for a none verified balance from when we started the process. These people are crooks and you will end up paying a lot more money to them in the end once I told her I want to cancel she started to get rude and say I cant answer anymore questions since you canceled like who says that and they dont respond to the emails I send to them trying to at least get half of my money back they refuse to help when thats what they are there for what a joke ????

This was the first transaction and its currently pending at this time, so no Funds have officially cleared from *************Despite several attempts by my team to reach out between 2/8 and now to guide ****** through the process, unfortunately, we did not receive any response until 2/21 at 1:03 pm, when he expressed a desire to cancel due to the inability to reverse the payment made on 2/16 as scheduled.I want to address the cancellation process transparently. We do have a 5% cancellation fee outlined in our terms to safeguard our operations and offset the costs associated with setting up your account. However, I'm open to discussing this further with you via phone or email if you prefer. Additionally, it's important to note that your contract includes a 5-business-day buyer's remorse period during which no cancellation fee would apply. However, since there was no communication from you during this window, we proceeded with processing your file.As of now, the payment made on 2/16 is still pending, and we are awaiting confirmation from your bank regarding the transaction's status.     Horrible business. They push you to sign with them and then you never hear from them. I have emailed them over and over again in the last few months and have barely received a response.I came to them with 3 issues, they resolved one. I am learning I dont think they ever even reached out to the other 2, which ended up making a bad situation ******************************************************************** hard- I did not know that no-one was handling this at my expense. I now have a lien against the business and I am receiving the most harassing emails, texts and calls from these companies. They are also harassing my family. When I brought this to MCA, multiple times, they ignored my pleas for help. Instead I received one email back saying they are not a legal company and cant do anything They do not care and they treat their customers like garbage. They are also holding funds of mine and will not say if and when they will release. I have filed a complaint against this business with the state of NY. They cannot treat people this way, especially people that are going through financial hardships
