Gary & Sons Inc. has helped me on multiple occasions with multiple items. I have found these outstanding people to be kind, prompt professional, and very skilled. I don't write many reviews, though this one I leave with complete confidence in these folks. Simply outstanding in every way!

I am a property investor. Gary and Sons has installed multiple hot water tanks, furnaces and air conditioning equipment. They are always on time, clean and professional. The technicians are very knowledgeable and articulate their visit so I always feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.Gary & Sons Inc Response

They installed a new boiler in October stopped working the following October had a warranty they came back to fix it 5 months later they still haven't fixed it was stuck using electric heaters the whole time had a pipe bust from no heat witch they did not replace then 600 dollars electric bills due to using the electric heaters they did not help pay those even though it's there falt I had to use them due to them not fixing the boiler and have 3 kids in the house and struggled to keep warm all winter even during the cold spells and worst of all they walked out the last time them came and said they can't fix it and they will not be coming back even though there was a warranty on it at the time they first came to work on it I don't recommend them at all ******** like a unfinished job and their warrantys don't mean nonthing to there customersGary & Sons Inc Response

It is true that we installed the boiler under the direction of a local agency. When we went to the first repair appointment at this house, we found that someone had taken the boiler apart on their own in an attempt to fix it themselves. Many parts were needed, and they were ordered. We asked that the area be cleaned and cleared. There was no charge for either parts or labor. When we returned, nothing changed. We did some work but realized more parts were also needed as it had been undone more than realized. Again, there were no charges, and we asked again for it to be cleaned before we return. We made it clear that we could not work in these conditions.There is a dog living in a cage in his own urine and f**** three feet away from the boiler in the basement. ************** was physically ill from the smell and seeing the sad situation the dog endured. The entire house smells of f**** and is not clean.When a home has beyond deplorable conditions and an animal lives in its own filth (see photo), we cannot work in it. We have had several conversations with ***** about cleaning up the area in order for our employees to work in a safe and humane environment. Obviously, she chooses not to.
